i have two questions.....
1. if oyu have read everyones Application (i don't know how to do so that you can see thing someone wroted that oyur answering) why haven't oyu answered some of the application? i get really confussed if i don't get the answer right to my face.
2. do oyu give a second chance if someoen used like X.ray? or do you not?
I read all the applications every day, it's like the morning newspaper. If they aren't replied to consider it denied. The apps really have to stand out in order to be accepted.
Sometimes players are given a second chance. It all depends on honesty and such.
As a matter of a fact. I was not lagging, as I now have a powerline adapter which allows me to get straight connection to my router. It IS possible that i may have been lagging, but, I'm perfectly sure that i was not lagging. Another thing i noticed was. I went down a 1x1 hole with you, and i was taking fall damage all the way, yet you were not, what is this? Ughh, Questions, I watched him as i suspected him of xray, but instead he was doing a mining technique and was getting lots of Dia ore. He Climbed the ladder. Stood still on the ladder. He said a Sentence on chat. Then carried on climbing.
The one block fall damage still happens. Why on earth would you follow someone into a 1x1 tunnel?
You keep contradicting yourself, "i was not lagging", "it is possble that i may have been lagging"

annnnyways within the next few days I will be recieving my new laptop. I will be transfering and downloading tons of games and data and during those days I might have issues getting online. I will try to get it done as quickly as possible. I'm hoping that even while doing downloads my ISP connection is strong enough for me to run minecraft on my old laptop and continue downloads on my new one.

You should probably direct this to someone. I haven't insulted anyone, and they found their experience unsatisfactory because they were caught xraying.
Just doing what I am supposed to be doing, and being insulted while doing it is obviously part of the duty.

To walk to 3 blocks one after another and mine straight to them isnt "luck" You just wanted to make it seem like it. You fabricated this whole thing to defend yourself realised it was pointless so decided to attack us.

Etc. I was looking straight up to mine 5 blocks in a row. It would open up 4 more blocks (technically two) and allow me to see what they were. I had been doing that for nearly an hour, and the bottom of the mine showed that. The fact that I got an emerald and a gold was pure luck, and were in fact the first two rich blocks that I got in that entire hour. If it seemed like I was wandering, it was because I was moving to the next diagonal block that I hadn't mined out yet.
The fact that you saw me get TWO good blocks in a short amount of time shouldn't be proof that I was xraying. You should have watched me for more than 30 seconds, instead of making a rash decision to ban one of the few remaining players, and a legit one at that.
Do you have any kind of screenshot or video of me "xraying"? Because I'd like to see them. They would support my side of the story.
Unless I was taking 10 pictures a second they would be useless. It would just show you mining. You mined straight up to gold wandered perfectly to a emerald, then wandered to a diamond block that was just to high for you to get.
We have lots of players on our server. "one of the last" Only because everyone was sleeping because they have school.
The entire bottom of the mine where you were had been cleared and it had random mining patterns all over the roof. I watched you for a little bit but it was super obvious. you didn't hesitate to walk from the edge of the mine to the middle to try and get that diamond block. You weren't following any patterns while I was watching.

Any additional information: I was teleported out of the mine, killed, my items were taken, and I was banned. I was simply mining in the Voter mine, from the bottom, with vertical shafts upward. I have no idea what caused the guard to think I was using xray, but the simple fact is that I was not.
I should have warped you to stfuben.. anyways you were mining straight up from the bottom of the mine, I watched you get 1 gold 1 emerald and an attempt on a diamond. (it was to high) You lined up right under them for all of these making sure you were right under it. Seems like xray to me since you would wander right to them.
