Quote from MentalMouse42
I'll say one more thing about this incident: While I haven't seen very many of Bebopvox's videos, my impression is that this is uncharacteristic of him. In the other videos by him that I've seen, he's been surrounded by Minecraft paraphernalia, and by the animations of his little robot. I'm not sure I've seen him show other games' paraphernalia before. I'd like to think that doing so now, and especially in this manner, was a matter of thoughtlessness rather than anything more noxious.
Pretty sure that he normally uses a ...hmmm ... I guess you could say Minecraft formatted room "Minecraft Monday" for most of the videos you are talking about.
Considering that in this video you see the back of computer monitors and various gaming paraphernalia (Half-Life "Gravity Gun", "Laura Croft" mannequin, "Jabba the Hutt" toy, some kind of mech/robot) and the soundproofing of his windows, this is either his office or possibly a space at his home he has set up.
He probably just wanted a comfortable space for serious talk.

Shhhh...don't spoil the fun.

I am confused. How does wild theories on how "the law" (one would imagine somewhat determinate on whatever the local laws the person(s) happen to be in) and/or possible Swedish laws (Mojang's location)) have anything actually to do with the reality of the situation?
There is nothing new about the Eula, only that they might be actually enforcing it against those who are massively abusing it. The most hoopla I have been seeing (youtube videos & petitions) are from those with a vested interest in keeping things the way they are so as to continue to fleece their sheep.

Interesting. I did a quick check and found a few attempts at "Change" with some similar wording.
Sweet, it inspired me to make Please ignore the "Change the EULA" and the like requests. "https://www.change.org/en-GB/petitions/mojang-please-ignore-the-change-the-eula-and-the-like-requests"
Please read it and sign it if you agree.

Your energy/tech mod looks very cool stylistically & graphically. Do you think you could make/add an energy weapon/rifle similiar to the one in this beautifully rendered vid? ->

Magic is fun...
Science/Tech is fun...
But Technomagic has always had a special place in my heart...
From books, to name a few - Harry Turtledove's "The Case of the Toxic Spell Dump"; L.E. Modesitt Jr.'s "The Saga of Recluce" series ; The technomagic creations in multiple novels in Terry Pratchett's "Discworld" series. Quite a bit of the "magic" in the Cthulhu mythos is actually just science, abet science based on rules beyond the ken of mortal minds. Also..I cannot reccommend Rick Cook's "The Wizardry" series enough..too much fun, Also a shoutout to Spider Robinson's "Callahan's Crosstime Saloon/Lady Sally's" series.
Years ago I played quite a bit of table top gaming, and in some of the more entertaining adventures when playing G.U.R.P.S (Steve Jackson Games), were in the "Merlin" "Quantum (aka Dimension), where magic was introduced to the world by the first nuclear detonation (the 1945 Trinity detonation).
Anyway, it is nice to have a place where science and magic meet and sometimes overlap.
"Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic."

or
"Any sufficiently advanced magic is indistinguishable from technology."
Source unknown, attributed to Larry Niven by some and to Terry Pratchett by others, earliest occurrence yet located is in Keystone Folklore (1984) by the Pennsylvania Folklore Society.
"Any sufficiently advanced magic is indistinguishable from a rigged demonstration."

And random..
