Oh, weird. Will have to see how that looks with my pack.. I guess it should be alright, provided the lower portion of the side dirt block is cut out correctly.
I currently use your pack and I can confirm it looks just fine to me.
Does this fix 32x32 texture bugs like this project does? I use a mix of stuff I manually zipped together myself, but some of it is higher res. Having the texture fixes and the animations is a nice thing you miss when they don't work. :happy.gif:
Hi, and no, it does not fix the texture bugs. The reason for that is because of what you've just linked: it works great and there is no need for me to re-invent the wheel. Currently you can just apply this fix before running Minecrafter and it will work as expected.
The limitation in my program is that it only supports 32x32 blocks and lower. I was hoping to fix this in conjunction with integration with Xau's program (i.e. running his texture fix before Minecrafter's compilation process), but he was somwhat reluctant to provide Minecrafter hooks to his program. Hopefully he will change his mind in the future.
Ah, didn't realize you could run the program without installing a texture pack. Good to know.

What exactly are the Mole-Mitts and everything around it for? Are they just there if you want to make them something else or are they coded as something?
Those are different versions of the Power Glove. In Zelda the glove usually granted Link great strength, allowing him to lift large rocks out of his way. I bet it's intended as an alternate for the pick.
That's not what I asked, I know what they do. I've played many-a LoZ game.
Sorry for the confusion. My guess is like others said, they are simply "extra" alternate icons you can copy and paste in place of the originals.

And this I pretty much did as a test, and I doubt I could really make it any better on my own.
I tried using this in my game to see what it looked like, and Minecraft crashed. Turns out the original file is about twice the size Minecraft is looking for. I resized the image and it worked quite well. For those who wanna try it:
