So I never use antivirus protection and have never gotten a virus but my mom insists on using McAfee even after countless futile attempts to steer her the other way. In a last ditch effort i downloaded malwarebytes and spybot search and destroy and did full scans on both. I came up with 12 spybots and 176 malware files. She still isn't convinced because "She has important things on her computer that she can't risk losing" even though all McAfee is doing is slowing down her computer and stealing money from her. I'm thinking about suggesting that she buy a cheap external hardrive and just backup her files everyone in a while but she is computer illiterate and would probably find a way to mess that up. Anyone else had similar experiences with McAfee?
Oddly enough my first gen Yellow is fine (even still has my save with mew and mewtwo) but my second gen Crystal and Silver are dead. :/
That is pretty strange seeing as though the battery is running all the time and not just whenever you turn it on. I have gold and silver and my silver version died but my gold version is still going strong haha
Yeah it would be a cool idea but you wouldnt want to add a subwoofer or else EVERYTHING gets shackin loose.
Lmao if you fit powerful enough sub in there to do that you would be a modding god. (on another note) I have an Orion xtr pro 12" subwoofer in my room and the first time i played it my clock fell off my wall lol
Seems as though some other people were having the same problem. Try backing up your saves and re-installing minecraft. If that doesn't work and you can't find a solution just unplug the speaker.
The battery replacement is easy IF YOU HAVE THE GBA/GBC SCREWDRIVER.
DO NOT USE ANY TRICKS TO GET THE SCREW OFF SAVE YOURSELF THE HOURS OF FRUSTURATION AND BUY ONE THEYRE LIKE $7.

I bought a hyper 101, because it is tower style and blows out the back. It has 2 80mm fans on it now. I didn't even want to try the stock cooler, it is so noisy. I plugged it into my mobo to see how loud, and damn it is loud. I have the 970, it is clocked at 3.5ghz, isn't that a bit more than you?
Just looked at that cooler, it looks great, but is just a bit pricy. Right now I have $55 saved up for a new case, still need $45. And then need to save up for the cooler. But we'll see.
oh yeah i have the 955 clocked at 3.2 and yea the stock cooler for mine is ridiculously loud. Today it started making a strange grinding noise and i had to take it out and clean it with some wd-40. From what i have heard it is worth saving up for. Right now i am saving for my new rig and i don't know what to buy first. I'm thinking about either getting the mobo, the case, or the cooler first but i don't know witch one :/
These are both good coolers though, and I want to do about a 4.2ghz overclock on my phenom ii x4. I am not going to push it to the max, and a few degrees does not matter as long as it is under 65c.(to me at least). I also just want improvement, right not i idle at 45, not good.
Is your idle with the stock cooler? I have that same cpu and i idle around 35 and 45 under load. Look at the reviews on the tuniq tower extreme 120. It has a decent price, looks good, and performs like a 90$ cooler.
If this had said "check out my upcoming build" and had been written by some person i had never seen on this forum i would have just kept on scrolling, but first the title caught my eye and then i saw that it was written by fm i was like "damn this has to be good" lol Good luck man looks like you got a nice rig there.
Making this took me around 6-7 hours, but it really depends on how much experience you have. I basically had to start from scratch and work my way up from there. However, my basic knowledge of Java is pretty solid, if I may say so.
Oh well i guess i am going to ahve to start expanding my knowledge haha. So why don't you make a "mock" minecraft. Maybe not so intricate at first but start with different colored blocks, maybe a better shader, and maybe add a new block and then expand from there. I think it would be a pretty cool open source project.
Very cool! I was thinking about starting a project similar to this but i was still learning most of the basic code. Just wondering, how long did it take you to make this?
It is all based on personal preference but IE is ****, chrome is good, firefox is good, opera is more designed for mobile devices, and i have never used safari but i hate apple so i'm just going to say it's **** too lol
so from all i have heard i think i will just stick with fans haha. The only thing i am worried about is if i do sli the case i'm getting doesn't have a side window fan. It is the nzxt switch 810. It does have a pivoting fan on the 5.25" bays but i dont know if that will be enough.

Facepalm. That might be a cool project though. Get some small speakers and a full tower or double wide case and add your speakers into the case lmao.
