That's not vanilla, that's bukkit. The vanilla command is "/gamemode 1". Also, your attempt to be funny didn't work, as it added nothing to this thread. From now on, please do not wake up threads that have been inactive for over a year.
PrimoSupremeX, what I did when I had this problem was go to Windows File Explorer (The Folder Icon) Then click on "This PC" Then search the modification, then delete all of those files and finally, clear your recycle bin

Nevermind! All you do is click on the element that you want to delete and press delete! I don't know why it calls it a mod

It was completely vanilla, but the world was originally in a bukkit server, and then I transferred it. That may be the problem. Thanks for your help!
