ugh minecraft is gonna be a paid to play game if this is messed up but I can see how this will turn out well. There should be a daily reward when you log on everyday you get 1 dollar so people who are hobos can actually enjoy it too.

Everytime I try to download a resourcepack on Hypixel, I get this crash

I've re-downloaded Minecraft, and I've gotten the texture packs back, into the resourcepacks folder, but what do I do with my mods folder? Do I just have to reinstall forge 1.8.9?

I got a new router and internet and I have 60 ping on hypixel. (use to be 50) I can barely hit people and lose alot of games due to garbage hit reg. Is there anyway i can reduce ping and fix my hit registration (besides switching back to my old internet)??

When i exited minecraft the sound continues to play.. even though I looked into task manager and minecraft wasn't running! The only mods I have are forge, optifine, and projectL

im dumb i managed to get it to work. I just downloaded a more recent version of Optifine 1.8.9 and instead of clicking download I clicked "extract"

ye my profile does use forge and you know how it has extra buttons when you click "Video Settings?" when i click on video settings it doesn't have the extra buttons

Now, i'm making another thread about this because I have a really bad computer. So, I placed the Optifine JAR file in in mods folder but when i run minecraft it doesn't show any optifine features. I'm using the same version for both of them

My old post about this seems to have a lack of details so i'm gonna try to add more details on this post.
I'm using forge 1.8.9 but when i place the optifine JAR file in the mods folder, Forge doesn't detect it when I sign in. I went
into the minecraft options to see if optifine is working but it doesn't seem like it. Any help would be realllly appreciated. (they're both 1.8.9):(
