Hey, I'm trying to start a minecraft server using bukkit but I have no idea how to write a permissions file. So, I was wondering if someone that is good with permissions would be able to write me a file or just teach me how to do it. Thanks in advance.

I have never used this before so I really dont know how they sort there permissions.

Features I believe the plugin should have:

• Messages telling the player they are in combat and not in combat
• A command to tell if they are still in combat

• Configurable grace period (time to relog on after a disconnection, only one allowed per 10 minutes)
• Detection of the type of disconnection message in console to allow crashes/ internet failure disconnects more time to relog.
• Public messages saying when a user leaves the game while in combat
• No using chest-keeper when in combat
• A command to 'log out safely' which requires not moving or hitting players or taking damage for a configurable amount of time and then kicking the player with a message saying "Logged out safely"
• (Maybe) An NPC spawning where the player logged after the grace period has ended (about one minute) that can be one-shot killed. Also send a message to the player in combat with the logger.
• (Maybe) After the grace period has ended drop all the logger's items at the player in combat with them's feet.

Have you ever been banned/muted? : I have been banned one time, but It was a mistake.
If so, why? : I was banned for god mode, but I was in a safezone. I can't remember who banned me for It, but they wrongfully banned me.
What makes you the best choice for moderator? : My current rank is Sr Guard. I know all the rules for banning, muting, and tempbanning because of my current rank. I am also a very mature, for my age atleast, and feel like It's not something that you should judge me from. I've also been told by alot of users, one being a current moderator, to apply for the position and been told that I would make a really good moderator. I use correct and understandable grammar, and can speak full english, so all users on the server should be able to understand what I am saying. Don't Drop the Soap is my favourite server, and becoming a Mod on it would mean alot to me. A honor, also.
Any additional info: I will be happy with whatever decision is made, but It would be a great honor for me to become a Mod on the server. All feedback will also be took into consideration.
