Sara simply stared at what was happening to Vee in awe. What was happening to her was beautiful, almost angelic.Looks could deceive, but it looked like it was a quite powerful spell, much beyond anything she could ever hope to do just from reading aloud from some book anybody had found.
"If that miraculously works, I suggest we hold on to that book," she said, "Where did you even get that?" she added at Spartaku, he was quite obviously no mage, so why had he had that book?

Good. If he could speak clearly, he was fine.
Sara nodded at him. "Better you keep a low profile for now, thou-- Don't touch it." she said sternly and pulled Kiril's hand away from the wound. "It's not healed in any way, treat it as if it's sown together, like a dress."

Before Danielle could ask, Ocaleth had already explained to her what a necromancer was. The question now was just if she even wanted to know.
"...Danielle, Dan for short or whatever you want to call me." she said, a bit hesitantly before she continued in a firm voice, "Well, I got no idea either, I don't know anything about that magic stuff. For a normal person I'd just tie him up; but of course that's useless if he can do some weird stuff to free himself anyway."
She bent down and poked at the necromancer; in her opinion he looked more sick than anything with that pale face, even considering that he had been knocked out with whatever Ocaleth had used.

    (( Gah! I got edit-ninjaed :tongue.gif: Edited post.
Editing means brain failure. Edited again to correct a mistake. ))
"So a medic." Sara said, "not a healer."
She nodded. Having done a lot of medic work on the drunks that hurt themselves in the bar she had worked at, she knew that someone trained to do it was probably almost as good as a healer, and she stepped back and let her do her job.
"Is it really safe to leave it like that? To just hope she manages to get rid of the remaining blood herself?" she asked cautiously, "Not to insult you, I'm just worried. She's too young to die."
She smiled at Kiril when she saw that he had awaken, "How do you feel?" she asked.

Danielle had cut her hand, though it wasn't so serious that she'd been over to get it treated; it would be enough to just clean it later, when they had time.
When Ocaleth yelled, she moved herself to the scene. Seeing the unconscious man on the floor, she furrowed her eyebrows.
    "Who... is that?"

Apparently I'm the only one with somewhat original friends on facebook? I rarely see that kind of stuff. I see normal status stuff. Y'know, those random thought ones. They're amusing.

(( You can't feel a punctured lung, silly XD. And the lungs can be felt on the back, not the chest :tongue.gif: ))
Sara spun around in shock, staring at the newcomer.
"Wait, are you a healer?!" she exclaimed. "Like Kilon there says, this girl, Vee, was hit in the back with an arrow. I think it is punctured, because she spat up blood and has difficulty with her breathing. That man there, Kiril, was simply slashed with a sword I believe. I've solved the problem for now, but if you can heal the flesh for good, you'd be really helpful. Really really helpful."
If that woman there was a real healer, Vee could perhaps be saved. A punctured lung required much more than normal, non-magical first aid. She sent wishes to all deities she had ever heard of that this woman was a proper healer.

"An antidote? Sadly we don't need an antidote... I believe her lung has been punctured, and so she could be drowning in her own blood right now. If you have a potion that heals flesh it'd be incredibly helpful." Sara told Spartaku.
She moved over to look at Kiril. He had a nasty-looking wound by his hip--a superficial one, luckily, but superficial ones always bled a lot. She needed to stop the bleeding.
Since they would likely all be seen by a healer when they were done, Sara didn't fret too much about the lack of something to clean the wound with, and went directly to begin pinching it together, doing the same as she had done to Danielle's wound. The blue, watery substance soon covered Kiril's wound and stopped it from bleeding, but it would need quite a few hours in that position before she could safely drop the spell without fearing that it would simply begin to bleed again immediately.
It annoyed her. She didn't dare go all-out in combat to help the others now she had two spells on two people she had to maintain. All she allowed herself to do was to blow skeletons that would have sneaked up behind one of them away.

Danielle had finally found a sword she could use; a lot of the skeletons had had weapons she was either too weak to use or had been of too poor a quality. With a sword, hacking the skeletons down was much easier, She no longer needed that accurate movement in order to hit a point that would tear the bones apart.
Finishing off two skeletons in two quick moves, she reached one of the cages and struck at it until it broke.
"Has anybody located one of those orbs in here!?" she yelled.

(( Go for words that are just mundane insults today, like 'coward', '*******' and such. They existed in some way during the middle age in an ancient form and were much, much, MUCH worse than they are today, Especially '*******'. You could get killed for saying that to a noble. ))

considering European countries where teenagers drink a bit with their parents from a much younger age than in say, Britain or America also have much lower binge drinking rates, it's a good thing.

Y'know, Britain is in Europe. :tongue.gif:

I am 17 and I live in a country where teenagers can legally drink things like wine and beer when they're 15. Stronger things like vodka and rum are 18.
I think it's FINE to let teenagers drink--Let them test the boundaries so they don't mess it up later. A lot of my friends were forbidden to drink until they reached the Danish High School (Which is known for being full of alcohol) so guess what? They made fools of themselves by drinking waaaay too much. Simply because their parents had kept them from doing it and hadn't informed them.

So yes, let them drink. Even without parental supervision, although I think the parents should be there the first time they get drunk. Alcohol has proven to be healthy in small quantities, so what should stop a 15 year old from having a glass of wine at a restaurant with his or her parents?

Oh, and: Why the hell does everybody think that alcohol = alcoholics and other really bad stuff? With care alcohol is healthy for you and doesn't hurt your body at all. Only people who have troubles at home or other problems become alcoholics.

    Quote from Chemist98

Unless you're talking about reproductive organs or DNA, "All girls are this" is a prejudiced opinion of girls, which is sexism.

So why does nobody throw a fit when girls say 'All guys are____'?
We all stereotype and it's not sexism to stereotype, going by that logic I would be a racist if I said: 'All Asians are short' and sexist if I said 'All guys are more violent than girls'
We need to stop being so damned touchy about criticising girls. Sexism is a much too overused word nowadays; it was a good one thirty years ago, not today.
