Full of even more(if that's possible) random and useless crap. In my opinion, once Minecraft hit 1.8, it just went downhill from there. I mean, some of the stuff is useful, but... it just doesn't seem like Minecraft anymore. Beacons, the End/Endermen(We get griefers in our singleplayer worlds now, too??), desert temples, emeralds... All this crap isn't needed, nor wanted in my case. There are no 1.7.3 or before servers anymore, so you're pretty much restricted to all this useless junk they've added. Me and three of my friends have completely quit Minecraft because it just wasn't fun anymore due to these unneeded additions. This is one of the reasons I was hoping they weren't gonna update the Xbox version, but guess what they did?
This makes me really sad. Minecraft used to be such a fun game, and I feel like they've just smothered it with excessive amounts of junk.

Spider jockeys have a 1% chance of spawning, probably because they are two mobs combined. You kill the spider, the skeleton is still there and vice versa, so they can be difficult to defeat. Having my house surrounded by spider jockey's isn't exactly my idea of fun.
Because of recent attacks that have destroyed a lot of terrain, there is a new map. Inventories reset. They got full rm everything in a matter of hours. Admin got fed up with us and forced permanent truce between our factions. We then proceeded continue fighting, striking each other with lightning and using REPs. He then became more specific and declared no more fighting between the two factions or we'd get the banhammer. We're still kind of sour toward each other and he hasn't been on in a while so I think the feud is sort of over. Thanks for the help though guys. I've followed all the installation instructions I could find exactly. I'm still crashing and the crash report doesn't stay up long enough for me to copy or read it.I'm getting really frustrated because I really want to play this mod. I want to know if it's possible for someone to give me an already modded minecraft.jar because it's simply not working for me and I don't know why. Any help would be appreciated
Hey all, a week or two ago I started playing on a Tekkit server, the only Tekkit server I've ever encountered with all mods enabled. My friend and I were playing for a while when someone who had apparently not been on the server in a few months joined. He and his faction were and are extremely powerful. They were apparently some of the first people to play on the server, so the admin favors them. They proceeded to demolish over five other faction's bases for no reason. Now, griefing is allowed on this server but "If you spend your time doing it, you will end up being removed." They destroyed many peaceful faction's bases, including my faction's base, for no reason. We and everyone else they hit lost everything and had to start completely over. We were at like, red matter stage in the game, and we were forced back to square one. They're rude, they're mean, and they grief and raid constantly claiming they're poor and need items when they have full Quantum armor and red katars and morningstars. A few days ago, my faction and some of the other factions they attacked joined together to try to beat the crap out of them. There was only one member of their faction online. It was five against one and we almost lost. All of us had full RM armor and Red Katars suppplied by an allied faction that hadn't gotten hit as badly. The admin isn't doing anything about this guy because he somehow likes him. He's rude to every player except the admin. I've seen players leave the server because the admin refused to ban this guy. Can anyone think of any way to deal with him? I would like nothing more than to blow his base to pieces right in front of him like he did to us. Nukes are the only thing that is disabled on the server so that's out of the question. Sorry for long post and I apologize if this is in the wrong section.
