I am getting a problem like this, but its only sometimes, mornings my time is usually fine but evenings are horrid, but then some evenings its fine, some mornings are bag. My ping is always fine for the servers (200-250) and its been happening before 1.3.
I have tried everything to do with my connection but as far as i can tell this isnt the issue at all as im not lagging in any other application.
