Whats the difference between dropper and dispenser?
The difference is that the Dropper only acts as a Dropper, it won't act as a Dispenser, And the Dispenser won't act as a Dropper.
Ex. The Dropper will drop items and place them in the Minecart with Hopper, and the Dispenser not.
The Dispenser will Shot (arrows, snowballs, fire charges, potions, lava, water, mobs) and the Dropper will only drop the item.

Also i have a suggestion, I also Have ExtraBiomesXL and myBiome mod won't work, will be awesome if you make this mod to work with other Biomes mods so we will Enable/Disable any Biome from mods.
