How would you hold a hand cannon? It wouldnt been be quite smart to hold at your shoulder like a modern gun, because if you did with that example of a handcannon, with the high recoil you would pierce your self right through the arm, if not just break your shoulder.
I usually am the last person to downright insult an idea. I might call ideas unbalanced or not well thought out, or just naive... but this is seriously horrible.
I mean, the lack of introduction for whatever new crafting grid(not even getting into my personal opinion of how necessary a larger crafting grid is to begin with) is supposed to let you craft these things, the lack of any type of consistency between the dimensions of the item, the lack of any type of logic to the tools themselves (seriously, a doubleheaded pickaxe? How the **** are you suppose to swing the damn thing?)... and then they're expecting that someone else is going to go "oh wow! It would totally be worth making a banner for this, and would not at all be a waste of time to make one for when people inevitably ignore this and it gets buried within an hour."
Oh, wait, they came back to edit about what crafting grid they were talking about, and its the freaking 9x9 crafting grid that is practically meant for making VEHICLES in. Like horse drawn carriages and SHIPS, and they want to use that to make "BIG SHOVEL"
ugh... holy crap, I sound like Muncher21. Seriously, I can't deal with this.
also the stone layer is pretty far down to mine right away, and it would be a pain to get out of.
It isnt.
NOT AT ALL.
Its like 5 blocks below dirt.

yea its ok, also stone breaks when droped aswell.
Depends on how high up you are.
If its like 5 feet in the air, some fragments might break off, but not enough to actually make a difference.
But sandstone is a different story.
If I were to have sandstone in my hand, and I put my hand all the way up in the air, until I cant go any farther, and dropped the sandstone, it would shatter like glass.
....do you people all really think that this game, with zombies/skeletons/creepers/Nether portals/pigmen/giant spiders/ghasts/ect., is supposed to accurately depict a historical time period?
Are any of those real? Its probably a 1700's apocalypse.

Well the shears have what every tool has? Variety?
Such as:
The output of the wool well increase depending the resource you use to create the shears.
Including leaves.
But THEN.
Leaves are grey, literally, because they have that special file that changes the color of the leaves and grass.
Say, I was near a snow biome, the grass and leaves on trees would get darker.
And if I walk into a forest, there bright green, so picking up leaves is impossible right now without it them being gray.

Oh? You were joking? I thought you were serious.
L...O...L.
