posted a message on How tall is the tallest naturally generated cactus?

Yeah that's probably the case. :/
But why did the cactus got streched into the air?
All of those chunk errors duplicated/replaced other chunks. In this case the chunk got "transformed" ?

    I'm just curious about this

That means it's nearly or absolutely impossible to have a seed with this glitch?
Are there any cases where a glitch like this is/was reproducible?

posted a message on finding seeds with blockdata like coordinates of "special" blocks?

    Hey,

    here's a little question.

I wonder if it's possible to find seeds/worlds just by knowing the exact location of about 1000 blocks (coordinates and literally every single detail) and some of them are super rare. Like if there's a spawner at x y z and directly next to it something else which is in combination extremely rare.

Is there a possibility to create a program which runs though seeds and looks if those blocks are at the given place?
Even if it would take years for the program to runs though 2% of the 2^48 seeds...

    (in my case):
I have screenshots from an old world and I really want to get the seed...
On those you can see an extraordinary chunk glitch. There are blocks at coordinates which would never appear there, so it's an unique seed, just because of those blocks... I already recreated one of the screenshot with the exact coordinates etc.

    Thanks

posted a message on How tall is the tallest naturally generated cactus?

    Heyho

I once found a extremely rare chunk glitch in a farmworld on a server...
In 2 or 3 chunks everything got streched up into the air.

In the middle of a desert is an about 140-200 block high stone pillar and a ~23-30 block high cactus next to it...
I don't have the seed anymore and also hope that it's not a server problem which happened to generate this, but I already try to get in contact with the server team

I asked on the server, I made a thread on the servers forum and wrote a mail to the support team :/
I also made a thread here in order to find this seed...
    Also a reddit post was made for this, but it won't be easy to get the seed ;-;

posted a message on Needing help to find world seed for "Minecraft largest cactus"

    Hey,

I could need some help for finding out this seed. The world doesn't exsit anymore and I only have 5 screenshots with coordinates and some details...

I already asked the server owner for the seed, but I'm 90% sure that he doesn't provide it :/

The screenshots are in the attachment

I have no clue how Reverse Engineering works, but maybe someone can help me ^^
