While I haven't seen this problem myself, I would consider using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely clean/uninstall your Intel graphics driver from safe mode, then install a fresh copy of the latest Intel driver.
I'm having an odd problem, for some reason I cannot get Soartex Fanver to coexist with SEUS v11. If I load SEUS there's a long pause and then Soartex Fanver is deselected in my resource packs. If I try putting it back there's another pause and it's deselected again. Any ideas?

Personally I think trying to report this to Mojang is a waste of time, it's very unlikely to be a problem in the Minecraft code itself.
