Can you work with Risugami about the ModLoader mod? The two mods has colliding files and I'm currently trying to use other mods from him, so yeah.

I really like the idea of having marble. Would it simply serve as a decoration, or with some other purposes?

I've actually built a house in an UNDERWATER RAVINE. Yours is technically better since it has an end portal and its naturally generated.

Sadly I doubt you're the first person to live underwater however. (That may include me.)

Mine was when I was messing around with the TooManyItems mod and placed an ender portal frame, not knowing what it was (because it was a texture of a gray grass,) then I accidentally teleported into the End, panicking how I'm supposed to get out. I had an idea to hack myself some obsidian and make a nether portal. It worked but my nether world was a modded world. I thought the portal would take me to someplace else in the nether where the terrain wasn't modded, but I was wrong.

It took me to the home portal.

All my Nethercraft Mod stuff was gone, leaving it in complete despair. I want to know if there's a way to delete my nether world without affecting my surface world.

Get into the router settings by typing in 192.168.1.1, and unless your parents tampered with it, you can sign in using username "admin" and password "password". Tried that didn't work. it took me to the verison connection site instead.

My parents recently made a new Verizon connection. My iPod and other computers can connect to the new connection fine, but mine won't connect at all. I made sure to troubleshoot, I double-checked the security password, and nothing is working.

For now I'm stuck with this slow netgear connection which I have NO ACCESS of.

Can anyone tell me what can be the problem? I really need this to port forward a minecraft server that I had trouble setting up since the very beginning.

The bacon bait isn't what it really sounds like. It's just simply wheat hanging on a fishing rod.

Crafting Recipe:




Arrow = Fishing Rod
Feather = Wheat

Uses:
-If you ride a pig and take out the bacon bait, you can actually control it more directly, and the pig will go wherever you point your cross hair.
-You cannot stop the pig you're riding from moving however unless you switch to another item.
-Note that this still can attract other animals, as if it's normal wheat
-Alt-Click: Throw wheat while it's still attached to the fishing rod.

My side comment: Finally! A useful way to keep my herd under control. XPP

If you look at the landscapes way back in Beta and Alpha, there were no villages, abandoned mines, or any other natural structures (except Dungeons.) And when seeds were implemented in one beta update, people would use it to find amazing, unpredictable landscapes. I am working on a map known as Al Di Là Di (well the name's temporarily,) and it's about this one person (or a group of people) who wakes up in a middle of an apocalypse with no memory of him/her/themselves. They venture off to find what caused the apocalypse, and discovers the insane truth(s) about him/her/themselves.

How the gameplay will be:

Basically player/s will start in their individual homes (except for one of the two players, or any of the two players since they share a house.) They will be able to choose from a class of Swordsman, Archer, Rusher, Cleric, and Engineer.

The following Items for each class:

Swordsman: Iron Sword, Wooden Sword, Instant Health II, Increased Strength II, Splash Instant Damage II.
Armor: Iron Set

Archer: Bow, 32 Arrows, Instant Health.
Armor: Chain Set

Rusher: Stone Sword, Wooden Sword, Instant Health, 5 Potion of Swiftness II, Instant Damage II. Armor: none

Cleric: Iron Axe, 5 Splash Healing, 3 Splash Regeneration, Extended Regeneration
Armor: Chain Set

Engineer: Iron Pickaxe, 16 Restone Dust, 8 Repeaters, 128 Arrows, 8 Restone Torch, 4 Dispensers, 4 Pressure Plates (this class is unique since they can build and destroy their own traps.)
Armor: Leather Set

There are various places for brewing, breeding animals, crafting, etc. Some of them may be safe, some of them may contain a nuisance amount of monsters, and some of the other places are besieged. Often in abandoned buildings, there will also be some supplies that will come in handy through your adventure.

You may also find journals during your adventures as well. These journals are the pieces of the puzzles of the back story of the map. Some of them may even involve the player. Make sure you search very effectively for journals, because they may contain very useful information, such as the coordinates of various abandoned villages, hidden loots, etc. while some others may be the main story about the player(s).

So basically the main journals will slowly narrow down to the end of the game, while the side journals will provide back stories that may clarify some unanswered questions in the main journals, point out the coordinates of villages and hidden loots as mentioned earlier.

Here's an outdated video of me showing the map (Normally the video was supposed to have my voice, but for some reason I can't hear it. I was able to hear it for a split second at one time. If anyone else is experiencing the similar bug, blame youtube, not me obviously.)



When will this map be released?:

The map has no release days yet since it's a map that I recently made. One thing I can say is that it will be released on Minecraft 1.3 or 1.4.

More is yet to come!!!

Not a bad idea. :] I would love to see better additions for mountains and deserts and such.

If you look through the old news board, you should see that they won't be able to release minecraft for the PS3 for some reason.

As some of the other people said, this was suggested a lot of times, and 0_Zippy wasn't sending you spam. He was just showing you that threads like this already exists.
