Just a few things I've noticed:
Smooth Lighting causes a crash when changed on main page via options.
Multiple different lighting failures in the game.
Mountain range is notable bigger than other biomes, a bit overpowering.
Some NPC villages have a stone house that spawns 1 block too low, causing the door to be 1 block high (Confirm this is a bug?)
Friendly mob generator a bit too high? (I saw 16 pigs on my screen 20 blocks from my spawn)
F3 is no longer debug mode, so you can't see mob IDs. (Good call Mojang)
Cloud height raised (No longer floats through buildings, another great change)
So far it's a nice update, still working on reviewing it. Can't wait to Youtube this.

On topic; Animals do not respawn anymore. If it's in SMP, it could be that the animal is only on your client, and not your server. If it's SSP, fences will let your sheep out, so make sure you use solid blocks.

I think you misunderstood him. He never said that round items can't be blocks, he simply stated that they aren't, currently. They just items. At this time, there are no truly circular blocks.

True, it's more of a socially accepted slang. Also, to completely contradict your post with some added irony, "wan't" is not a word.
More of a personal choice than anything else, really. I knew I would be called out for it, but I feel perfectly fine misspelling it, due to the fact that it's become socially acceptable to use the slang variation of it.

Same as you picked, since you want overclocking you'll need the 2500K. With unlocked multipliers, you'll be able to easily overclock it much more than usual.
Motherboard: ($140)

GIGABYTE is amazing, I will always suggest it any build. However, I would pick a better board more suited for SLI'ing, so you can use a graphics setup for longer without having to update for better graphics in a couple years, as well as use all the abilities your build will give you.
Graphics: ($185x2 = $370 + $15 (Shipping) = $385)

I love AMD, but your build looks more Intel based, and that's what I want to build on for you. On par with an 6970 (1GB) is the GTX 560, un-sli'd for a lot less. Buy two of them, SLI those bitches, and you'll be good for years. If you're looking to lifetime warranty them (For $40 more, mind you), buy one of the above, and one of these:

Keep it mind it's $40 more, but if one breaks you can use the lifetime warranty on it. Doesn't need to be the one you purchased, I've done it before :3
Memory: ($70)

Don't, for the love of god, get Corsair. I've had so many DOA's from it, it's horrible. Go for a G.SKILL that is optimized for the Sandy Bridge processor you're getting. You will get much better use of the ability of it.
Power Supply: ($105)

This is more personal preference for myself. XFX Power is a great company for power supplies. I usually go for 80Plus Bronze ratings, but for your build I would go for silver. The graphics cards are going to be sucking quite a lot, so getting something with a better caliber like this PSU is best.
CPU Cooler: ($45)

Spend the money. I can't stress that enough. The CPU cooler you picked is nice, but this is the most expensive part of your build, and it will constantly be warm. Getting it as cool as possible for as long as possible is your biggest concern. You want this to last as long as possible, and this is the best thing possible for that.
Thermal Paste: ($13)

Yours. Just cheaper.
Hard Drive: ($60)

Samsung is not really known for their computer parts, but they blow away the competition with their Spinpoint. I have 2 of these badasses in my system, and I can always count on them. Top notch, and are usually on sale for being high sellers.
Case: ($85)

Your choice, a very good one.
DVD/CD: ($21)

On sale, and is a boss. Same/Better specs than your Sony choice, for a better price.

Already bought.

Nobody uses clocks or compasses, imo.

Ah, ****. I am. This is what I get for posting at 3 in the morning, forgetting the difference between L2 and L3 caches. +1'd, my bad.

Even if it's talking about the separate L2 cache, 1MB is still extremely low. For cards you're looking at 8-32, for chips you're looking for 4-8. 1 is just down in the par, like a high-end Pentium 4 when they were first released.
0
'Cept it says 1GB Dedi Graphics Ram for the chip, but I wouldn't take that at it's word if they spend the time to throw in the "1MB" above it. Sounds like it could easily rip you off and claim it was right there.
