I’m going to have to agree with Badprenup. None of these seem to be real problems, that even negatively affect your gameplay in any way… just you complaining about things because they’re annoying—to you. Ding ding, looks like you have an opinion. Now let everyone else have theirs.
Because the game has gotten so popular, there have been younger fans creating accounts and yes, some of them can get quite obnoxious. They tend to watch the more popular Youtubers as well (which are typically the players who are less serious and more entertaining) and many of those Youtubers have their little inside jokes with their fans (like SkyDoesMinecraft’s “budder”) so it is inevitable that some young fans would begin to get a little out of control, using terms like “budder” religously. Hide the chat and get over it. This is real life—with 7 billion people in the world, there are bound to be those who annoy you to death—and I think the sooner you accept this, the sooner you’ll be able to move on with your life!
Just remember that you are not superior to anyone because you hate the things they like, or because they are younger than you. (And since when did the Minecraft forums become the place to bad-mouth the Youtubers that you do not watch…?)
I remember when I joined, I could ask any friend "Do you know what minecraft is" and then would say no. I was like part of a secret club... until 5 year olds started to find out about it.
hi ive noticed some things the past year that look bad:
1.pvp has tooken over its always FACTION FACTION FACTION PVP PVP PVP im getting tired of it I play on a vanilla server for that reason.. I hate factions.
2. youtubers have gotten annoying: sky antvenom bluexhephos chimmneyswift syndicate The popular ones. Check out VintageBeef
3.minecraft is now known everywhere im proud but still its MINECRAFT MINECRAFT now at my school I swear there are like 15 second graderswearing minecraft shirts per day and playing their little pretend minecraft games. I swear all they know aobut is "SORDZ LAWVA DIMINZZZZ ZOMBEEEE!!!"
4.people follow in skys footsteps and go BUDDR everywhere And the funny part is they don't even listen to him saying to calm it down on the butter thing.
5.many hackers these days D: god dammit nodus Agreed. I wish people could follow simple rules.
6. minecraft is starting to get a bit unlegit i mean look at all the plugins these days ik some are required like anti cheat and esstentials but thats kinda it.. The servers are getting unlegit* I can agree. I hate all these /home plugins, it is too easy.
I saw this and thought I'd give you my pitch, being the owner of a server that is similar but not exactly like what you asked for. Our server, known by the name The Chronicles of Haeriven is about as pure free roleplaying as I've seen. We only have the necessities plugin wise because anything more turns the server into an RPG server. I will be honest with you and say the server is currently rebuilding, though much of it is because of IC reasons (A large battle just ended, the people seemed to enjoy the event quite a bit as well.) as well as we are in the process of trying to fix how the server works to add to realism and get the economy working better. Our staff is all very mature and if you are respectful to us, we will be respectful to you. I personally have over 2 years of admin experience, but I'm not a jerk and I try and work with you if something is wrong. Anyways, I'll get to the specifics for you.

All travel is by foot, or on horseback. The server world is a custom made island map, so boat travel will be added in the future as well once expansion reaches the new islands. (We need to fill the current one first)

Urg. I loved to craftable saddles and armor for the horses. Now we have to find all that stuff, which makes it even harder. PLUS, the horse saddles could at least stack... Now the horses are almost ueless considering they can die in 10 seconds without the horse armor,
