The soundtrack of Ace Combat 4: Shattered Skies. What fitting music for such an epic game.

A Chesapeake Bay Retriever, named Angel. Damn good companion-type dog, she was.

    Its a boss game.

Damn straight. I certainly still play it.

And I'm out for a bit. Gotta get ready to head out for the evening.

    Later, dudes/dudettes.

Has anyone seen the footage of Watch Dogs?
That game looks unique, but it is coming out in 2013.

I saw the trailer a while back. It actually looked really interesting.

In other news, my stove began to smoke as I was making chicken tenders. Standing close by with a fire extinguisher was probably the most anticipation I've felt in a while.

In FO3, It's quite erry if you get me. You see the full damage of Washington. In NV, it's like all happy! Dancing and being drunk

Yeah, I get you. You got all comfortable in the environment of the Vault, then you get to take on a brand new environment at a steady pace. That was great.

In New Vegas, they used the Nevada desert (which was already pretty desolate to begin with), and put you in a small town with few cares and mostly-friendly faces. Not very tragic.

The Fallout 3 intro was better than New vegas's intro by MILES!

No doubt. I heartily enjoyed 3's intro because of the immersion. In NV, they just tossed you in and expected you to want to play the game and figure out what's going on.

I turned Zeta into my personal fortress when I was done. I cleaned up the bodies and stockpiled **** in the bridge.

I hated trying to navigate through the entire ship when I was trying to get to the bridge. Although the gear/weapons that you get are awesome, especially when you go back to DC and sell them for a load of caps, or dominate pretty much anyone that opposes you.

You need to go to Dunwich for a mission in lookout. I'd play the hell out of a game set before the great war.

Huh, I never bought Point Lookout. I just stumbled upon it by chance.

Out of Fallout 3 and Fallout: NV, Dunwich has always been my favourite location. Shame most people never found out about it cause it was so well hidden.

That and the fact that it looks like yet another bland, uninteresting building on a map that's already full of 'em. I stumbled upon it directly after leaving Girdershade. Never knew that it'd be that entertaining when I went inside.

You have to play the other fallouts to get Harold.

I saw that there was a backstory on him from the previous games, but I never bothered to visit them. I'll end up playing them sooner or later, though.

I tryed to take it seriously, I really did. But when I got some of the stronger guns it just became funny whenever there was a gun fight. I remember killing myself so I could fight the enclave again because the laser rifle took their head off and sent it rolling almost every head shot.

The part that broke me was when I went to Oasis and talked to Harold. The seriousness factor had plummeted right then and there. Well, for me, anyway.

Well, you're certainly in the right place.

You know what? Exactly what I thought up when I wrote that post. That whole place screamed Lovecraft.

Definitely. Insanity, cryptic shrines; the works. Loved it. Although it was somewhat unnerving when I played through it the first time, I thought it was a nice change from the whole "go here, kill this" routine.

It's an fps-rpg. No horror elements. But definitely creepy moments.

The only really creepy moment I experienced was in the Dunwich Building. Everything else was pretty calm.

I wish I could start again. There is not much else for me to do without school. I used gaming as a time consumer, and I've just been growing apart from gaming. Nothing does it for me.

Same here, really. Nowadays I only revisit games that I haven't played in forever, just for old time's sake.
