%appdata%/.minecraft/logs
Go to pastebin.com then copy-paste the contents of the crash report into the site, click "Create New Paste", then post the link here in this thread.
Make a backup of your entire Minecraft folder.
%appdata%
Then copy or move the ".minecraft" folder to another place.
Remove one of those mod files shown in your screenshot.

Try without Instrumentus.
It's an issue with your Windows username, Java can't handle special characters.

Get OptiFine HD U G6 for 1.16.4 and downgrade to Forge 35.1.36.
