I would like the ability to obtain mob heads in survival, and possibly that mob not being aggressive while wearing it's head, however the unique benefits don't make sense and range from overpowered to useless in their effects. Seeing how the unique benefits are the bulk of your suggestion I voted "no support" in your rather biased poll.
-/spawnmob (Mob) (Number) Spawner Minecarts are already capable of doing this much better than a command ever could.
-/mobaggression (Mob) vs. (Mob) (Radius) I'd suggest it instead be /Mobaggression (Target Mob) [true/false] [Radius] [Selector for mob/player to be attacked]
If the true/false box is blank, then it just toggles on/off. This would require lots of changes to the mob's code, but I can see this being useful both as this command and a NBT tag. Anyways, I support this.
-/mobsunlight (Radius) [Currently Debatable] One can simply put a zombie head on a zombie and they will not burn; same for skeletons.
-/mobarmor (Mob) (Armor Type) (Tier) (Limit) (Radius) This can be accomplished through mob spawners that spawn the armor with the mob.
-/mobpower (Potion Effect) (Limit) (Mob) (Tier) (Radius) Again... this can already be accomplished through mob Spawners.
-/mobweapon (Sword Or Bow) (Mob) (Radius) (Limit) Same as above.
/mobstay (Mob) (Radius) I'd prefer this to be a NBT tag that can be applied to mobs through a third-party editor.
/mobattack (Mob) vs (Mob) (Radius) Redundant as you already suggested /Mobaggression.
/mobrepel (Mob) (Radius) Does this make them run away or despawn altogether? Either way I can't see a purpose for this.
One can use the scoreboard command to send redstone wirelessly to another, less confined area that has the actual command blocks. I think this to be unnecessary because of that.
Is anyone listening? Obviously following iron golems is OP. And if you need followers that melee enemies, wolves are they way to go. Do we have a ranged follower? No. Snow golems? Don't follow, don't hurt enemies, few uses.
A ranged follower would probably be quite overpowered.
Then the instant damage is basically the same thing as the fire potion, which pretty much means we don't need a fire potion. A variant of TNT, which releases fire upon its explosion, would be neat though.
I'd support a potion more as it allows customization through 3rd-party editors. The main reason I support this idea is because it would reclassify fire as a potion effect, allowing the remote combustion of player. Useful for adventure maps.

As for the idea itself... I'd prefer extended piston to be implemented in some other way.

Save for one, these are all unnecessary and/or useless.

I prefer Friday, personally. That way you have two nights to reset your sleep cycle, as opposed to one.

Psilocybin is the way to go.
