You have to have the mod on both sides, and it reads the server's configuration (I believe). If you're still having problems, open an issue on GitHub and I'll take a look into it.
Sorry guys, I've been all over the state for a while and most of the places don't have internet. I'll get a 1.7.10 version out this week. Hopefully sooner rather than later. I have to test one thing, and then 2A will be out. I've changed my mind, and 2A will only have a 1.7.10 version.
No need for the @ mention, since a) I didn't get a message for it and b ) I check this thread often.
To answer your question, you can add your own configs for this. I don't need to add them myself to add support.
REGARDING 1.7.10
Thaumcraft Mob Aspects *should* be 1.7.10 compatible. I'm not sure as I haven't tested it yet, but I'm pretty sure that it doesn't reference obfuscated Minecraft code, and it doesn't use any of the methods that were removed or any of the UUID stuff. Let me know if I'm wrong.
EDIT: Of course, this is reliant on the fact that Thaumcraft is 1.7.10 compatiable.
This one has been built for a while, but I was letting Eyamaz test it out, as it has one of his requests in it: Configurable individual block weights. The wiki on GitHub has more info. I decided to release it now because people were getting crashes with Beta 13 on servers because of the method that I (tried to) switch to for storing Entity Data. Sadly, nothing about it worked, so I reverted back to the old way. While not as efficient and not 100% recommended by Forge, it works better.
REGARDING 1.7.10
IguanaTweaks is NOT currently 1.7.10 compatible because I reference obfuscated code, which usually changes with every Minecraft update. Version 2A will have a 1.7.2 and a 1.7.10 version. 2B and up will be 1.7.10. After 2B is released, 1.7.2 will no longer be supported.
I am working with Progwml6 on updating Hunger Overhaul, but it's taking a long time because, in 1.6, it was easier to replace blocks/items (that's how HO changed the food values), but now in 1.7, it's practically impossible unless you start hacking around Forge/FML (which Lex and cpw get REALLY mad when you do that). So we have to rewrite a lot of the internals to make it work again.
Theoretically, they should be auto-generated. It could be possible that the modid has changed between 1.6 and 1.7, or the mob names have been changed from 1.6 to 1.7. I'll take a more in depth look when I get the chance. From now on, Issues go on the Issues Tracker, not here.
