I like most of these ideas i really do but the one that impressed me most Barbed wire fence. I thought that was vey creative and a great use for cactus i give that idea of brarbed fence 5stars.

Anyways heres my suggestion its pretty simple.
I think if a water current carries an item and the water current takes the item to a chest or dispencer instead of just the item staying right next to the chest the chest / dispencer. The item should be deposited into the chest / dispencer if there is room.

I think everyone missed the most sensible post in this thread.
True, it would clutter up terrain.png abit, and require quite a few more crafting recipes, but in real life, people just PAINT doors to make different colors. While I quite like the different materials = different door idea, I think this dye idea is better.
This is honestly one of the worst suggestions I have ever seen. Why in gods name would you want a door that functions exactly like every other door out there except it's made of the most rare materials in the game?

Ok at first i thought herobrine is a Huge fake Untill the 1.7 update. "Herobrine has been removed" whitch made me think maybe it was real at a point. Later confirmed by Notch that infact it was a joke. Than on my current smp server i saw text. ----- was killed by Herobrine. Now i am really confused. Please tell me what you know about Herobrine. I am know very curious about its history and existance.
Fraps is a good software, if you take the time to read the manual. Fraps are the best in-game recorder. Read the manual for Fraps and you're good to go.
Maybe check your settings.
btw. Camtasia is a screen recorder and does not have the ability to sync in with an application that use OpenGL.
Camtasia Studio 7, you can only use the trial for about a month, but Im sure there are free ways to get the full package! avoid fraps like the plague, unless you have a really fast computer, fraps just lags alot :smile.gif:
Hello I just joined the minecraft forums and i bought minecraft about a month ago and i have really wanted to make a video. I have hypercam2 but it is very blury, does anyone know any software that can help me take good high def minecraft videos? I hate seeds only from tall grass. im on a map called Survival island, and it has no tall grass, this is like ruining the game for me. There needs to be ways to get seeds w/o tall grass, cuz thatz just annoying and nto cool. I love the maps tho! And the trap doors
