1. DETAIL - Having detail will help your application a lot. It will make your application stand out, and make staff more inclined to pass it on to other officials!
I've seen far too many applications saying the same answer when asked how they stand out from the crowd, it's usually "I'm helpful, active, and always here to help!..." Try to steer clear of saying just this and elaborating, try to both say these things (adding plenty of detail) and also try stating how you're different.
2. NEATNESS - Make your application neat. If your application is neat and clear to read, it not only draws people in but shows a sense of professionalism and shows you put effort into the application. On this server, colors do matter. Try to pick out a nice flavor of colors for your application!
Try to make it nice and easy to read, but also like eye candy. (Lighter colors are much more appealing!)
3. PROPER ENGLISH - Good English, I can not stress this enough. Be sure to review your application before posting. Maybe share with a friend, or even go to a grammar checker online! I would suggest Grammarly. Having nice word choice helps your application boost a level, allowing people to really go "Wow! That's a thought over application :]"
4. BE HONEST- Don't try, to be honest, simply be honest. People that have been doing this for a long while, can see right through your fake age or how helpful you really are. On a different cloud that I worked on, a long time moderator lied about their age. They were 13 instead of 15. They were demoted for lying and not meeting the requirement. You could have the chance of your application being denied if they find out you're not being truthful!
5. TIME/EFFORT - Remember, creating your application isn't a race. Be sure to go the extra mile if you truly want to apply and help the server for the greater good! It also doesn't have to be the longest application in the world. Just make it long enough that you can explain everything you want to, but short enough so people don't lose interest too quickly. 6. TAKING CRITICISM - While writing your application, you should really consider an extra layer of armor. Meaning, you will be getting criticism. I would quite honestly welcome it! You can write at the end of your application "Please give some constructive criticism. Thanks for reading..." and continue on. Not only does criticism help you improving your application(s) but it also shows that you're prepared to take it when in action.
7. SAVING - This is less of an improving your application but more of a decreasing your rage. I don't know how many times I've had to restart my entire application due to the page refreshing, the forums not properly submitting, or my internet just plain going out. It's hard to get into the habit of this, but be sure to save your application every now and again! Can't ever be too safe

Why Do You Want To Be Staff:I want to be staff because i like to help people and when I'm staff i got to answer a lot of questions and when i answer them it feels like a little bit of helping. I have a good experience with being staff actually, I've been staff on a lot of servers that i helped good. I know alot of servers/hosting them so i always so if there is a bug in the server i can like probably fix it. Like i said i have a huge experience with being staff and how to get more people on this server and how to make it like 'famous'. I can invite a lot of friends that like factions and play with them so i contribute a little bit.

Why Should We Choose You Over Everyone Else:Well i hosted my own servers with much people on like 50+, and that got pretty well. I also have been high staff like admin or head admin on several servers that i helped pretty good.
But eventually those servers stopped so i had nothing to do for a while. I will always do my utmost to perform well
on me here so me and other people can have a lot of fun with me having around.

Why Do You Want To Be Staff: well I have been looking for a server to be staff on after my last one closed blakecraft it was a fun network with creative pvp and survival and this is the server I decided to apply on so I hope you like it
What Are you applying for: Head-admin - Owner
Why Should We Choose You Over Everyone Else: well I am the only applying at the current moment and because Personally, I believe well not just me many of my friends think this too, and it is that I am an easy guy to talk to such as I have had cases when people who do not speak much will come to me and talk about problems and personal things. Also, I am a scout as I mentioned above, I will only not be playing on the weekends is if I have something to do with family or scouts and over the years that I have been a scout I have learned that patience, caring for others and respect are one of the many important traits that you need to get places in life.
One of my better skills for moderating is spotting hacked clients; I am pretty good at this because I have had many experiences with it. I can find x-rays hacks and pvp modifications are pretty easy to see I mean people can swing and hit someone behind them and with the new bhop speed mod becoming more popular for hackers and it's pretty easy to spot.
Have You Ever Been Staff On Any Other Servers/What Rank: Well, I have been many ranks from helper to developer and manager or co-owner on servers ranging from big too small.
Meganetwork
In meganetwork, we capped at about 20 players but there was very few staff well moderators anyway and since I was the only moderator even close to GMT+10 when the server was close to capping, I have gotten used to rapid-fire questions by players, dealing with cheaters and playing at the same time.
Microblocks
This server capped at 10 players but I was an admin on it so I was more monitoring and accepting staff applications so though that some feedback on the forums I was able to write pretty detailed applications now.
Celestrialcraft
This server was a bit of a big one for me capping at 50 players I was a moderator on this server and it was popular because it used the project Korra plugin which not many servers use, so it became a bit popular. On this server, I was a bit more powerful than a mod usually is because of the time differences between me and the owner I had had the power to reload and access commands I didn't need to fix plugins if they broke. I had a problem where I became too overwhelmed with the server because I was having to fix a plugin that broke all the time while we had 2 advertisers and a spammer in chat and I was already in the middle of catching a hacker shortly after the server closed because of the plugins always breaking.
Novanetwork
This server was run by the same guy that ran celestial craft (if you need proof I can give you his skype Admin+ only) this server was a little less popular because the staff were always on a different gamemode than the players were allowed. Although I was an admin on this time round and I still played like a moderator because I prefer to help the players than working on things behind the scene so I was still catching hackers and monitoring the chat.
Blakecraft
Now this is one of my most recent staff experiences the server capped at about 20 people but it was a network that worked so players could call a staff member on a completely different server so it was a bit chaotic but I still managed and this server has taught me a very big deal of time and player management.

Why Should We Choose You Over Everyone Else: I am very experienced. I have played minecraft for 5 and during that time I have owned 5 servers and been staff on countless others. Through my time server owning I've had to work with multiple consoles and have become very familiar with plugins and how to configure them. I'll work hard and get the server popular, I can even set up the site and I know a lot of plugins I could recommend and implement into the server.
