    Wondering if anyone could offer me some advice:


    -Firstly, I'm trying to make ice plains spikes much, much more common. I've tried the following with no luck, I suspect because it's a sub biome?

    icePlainsSpikes = forBiomes(140)

    icePlainsSpikes.set("genWeight", 1*) *I've tried inserting numbers like 0.9, 1, 100, 9999

    Would it be possible to achieve the same effect any other way? *firgured out a way to do with with CoFH


    -Next, I'm removing grass and snow layers from the ice plains. icePlains.removeDecoration("GRASS") doesn't seem to be working for me, any idea as to why? and how might I remove the snow? I've already tried "SNOW" and "SNOW_LAYERS" using the removeDecoration command *removing grass appears to be working in the latest update


    -Lastly, I'm trying to use "treesPerChunk" and "flowersPerChunk" on a BoP biome. On the wiki it states "You must set the application stage to "INIT" or earlier for this to have any effect" so I've tried to use the Tweaker object:

    Tweaker.setStage("PRE_INIT")

    Tweaker.set(58, "treesPerChunk", 2)
    Tweaker.set(58, "flowersPerChunk", 6)


    I must be doing something wrong as the console spits out

    [07:49:54] [main/ERROR] [BiomeTweakerCore]: Failed to find meaning in command set(58, "treesPerChunk", 2). It will be ignored.

    What would be the proper way to use this command?

    Thanks for the quick reply!

    I've changed nothing in the configs except referencing ExampleTweaks.cfg to be included in the "array of tweak files" and incase referencing it creates the issues I tried copying the file renaming it to ExampleTweaks2.cfg and then referencing that. No luck.


    -> BiomeTweaker.cfg ExampleTweaks.cfg

    I'll be the first to admit I'm not very knowledgable when it comes to running mods so I apologise if this is a total oversight on my part.


    I'm currently trying to run 0.8.67 with Forge .1291 and no other mods installed (just to make sure it's not a mod compatibility issue), when I launch for the first time everything runs just fine, I exit out and go to the BiomeTweaker.cfg to tell it to include the tweak files and after that it crashes on startup. I've even tried to just reference the unaltered example tweaks: //An array of tweak files to include. An example tweak file is created along with this configuration file.
    "include”:[“ExampleTweaks.cfg”] with no success.


    Can anyone offer assistance?

    Thanks doattoad, you got me thinking and I spent a while trying to troubleshoot the issue further. It appears that the command runs fine (either @dp, @p or an actually name) if I run the command but nothing occurs when the npc tries to executes it. I now suspect it's the server not allowing the npc permission to run the command despite the NpcUseOpCommands= being set to 'true'

    ...still no idea what to do about it but at least I know it's not the mods issue. I'll try to seek help elsewhere, thanks :)


    EDIT: DERP! command blocks weren't enabled on the server

    I believe @p is directed at players within the area and @dp directs the player using it? Either way tried both, still no luck in SMP :(

    Hi there, I'm relatively new to the Custom Npc mod and wondering if anyone can offer assistance?


    I have a dialog where I give players an option to choose a,b or c and based on their selection they are rewarded with an item. The idea is the player should get one of the items so when the dialog has been read it no longer shows. However, I wanted to give the player the ability to change their mind, so returning the item reset the dialog to 'unread' allowing them to reselect. The issue I'm facing is when the items are 'returned' (this is actually a quest being completed) the reward is the command "/noppes dialog unread @dp 44" runs. This works fine testing in SSP however in SMP it does not unread the dialog.


    To be on the safe side I have checked the configs and NpcUseOpCommands=true is set for both the client and server. Not sure what else I could check?

    This looks awesome! You're doing a fantastic job in continuing the development of Isabella II. I've always been a big fan of the look of Isabella II but always desired just a little more detail here and there and it looks like you're achieving this.
    ...Given that the OP doesn't seem to be actively developing this resource pack anymore I think you should consider taking over and starting your own thread. I'd say 'Officially' taking over but I doubt you'd get any permission since Srugs hasn't been seen since Jul 2014. GL and keep up the fantastic work!

    Just wanted to bump this issue as I haven't seen this addressed anywhere. I'm having the same issue, the Blue Slimes are out of control :P It's like Slimes in super flat worlds...everywhere!

    Would it be possible to get a config option similar to "# True: slime islands wont generate in any ages other than overworld(if enabled); False: will generate in all non-blackisted ages" but for the mob specifically?

    Hey Glassmaker,

    Not sure if this has been suggested before but I noticed in the Metallurgy config you can turn off sets of metals (for example I turned off base metals as I feel there are already plenty of overworld stone->diamond metals to choose from), would it be possible to add a similar config option so that NEI doesn't show tool parts for those sets too.

    Great add-on, keep up the fantastic work! :)

    The format isn't great so I personally hope they bring back (media) (/media)
