Basiclly what I am proposing is that not only could you make armor the basic way, you could also make slightly better armor by crafting it differently. Perhaps to make a chestplate you would craft together two arms and a chest, for example. Maybe you could mix-and-match the sets, for example, maybe you want an iron chestplate but don't want to use that much iron. So, you would make a iron chest and leather arms then craft them together. That piece would have a little more durability and protection than the average of the two pieces. Also I think that all the alternate recipes for armor should include leather somewhere.
I have an idea for the altimeter, maybe it's like the compass in that it has a dial that spins, but around the edge are colored dots that indicate what level you are at. For instance, White (Cloud layer), Brown or Blue (Sea level), Gold (level that gold spawns at), then diamond- color for levels sixteen and below, then a black dot for bedrock.

I think I will get a good (or at least halfway decent) computer before I set it up, however, I don't think any server bigger than like two people should be hosted on a laptop computer.

Could you review my Parkour/Puzzle map? It's called Extreme Limits. It's cause you only have 1 CHECKPOINT. And the checkpoint is your starting point, meaning if you die, you go back to where you started. So, you up to it? First map I made and would appreciate if you would do a review. I KNEW I SHOULDN'T HAVE TRIED! I MINED OUT PRACTICALLY ALL OF THE DIRT PILLAR THEN A SKELETON SHOT ME AND I LOST ALL OF THE DIRT! AND I ALSO USED THE BONEMEAL ON THE SAPLING INSTEAD OF ON THE GRASS! I ALSO LOST THE GRAVEL WHEN THE SKELETON SHOT ME! WHY CAN'T I EVER COMPLETE THESE KINDS OF MAPS!?!?
