tell us about your self: I have been staff on a few server but I would love to be staff here to boost my experience, connect with the community, and enforce the rules. I would make a great Mod because I have many attributes that makes me a great staff compared to others.
Maturity: At the moment im not going to give out my age but I can assure you that im a mature person and have been know to handle situations as an adult.
Respect: Respect is a feature that all staff should work towards not even for players but towards their staff community. As a Mod I will strive to make the community better by assuring that chat is a positive environment that conveys a happy feeling about the server as a whole. I will also work along side with my fellow staff to secure this positive feature.
Connection: I feel staff should keep a strong connections with the players so that the staff are viewed in a positive way and not in a negative way. As a Mod I will try to be online as much as I can but if I do take off a few days I will alert a higher power so that a temporary replacement can be found.
Rules: I am a strong believer in the rules as some staff will disregard most rule breakers. I will try my best to moderate the chat and the game and punish all rule breakers accordingly. I also feel that all players, even staff, must follow the rules. This goes against a lot of different belief as I have seen friends or donators get away with hacking but then a regular player gets banned.
Hacking: With that in mind lets talk about hackers. Hackers are dirty, cheating, lairs that must be punished. As a staff I will find and punish hackers. There maybe some times when they aren't obvious and at that time I have a few tricks.
Staff tricks: Be nice, be as helpful as possible, be strict with the rules, no exceptions. Lol. Ok thats just my staff code of honor but really my hackers tricks are as follows.
Screenshare: A screenshare is a simple and effective way to catch hacks or get an easy ban if the refuse. I am very good at ssing, searching their minecraft, and searching their files for any disallowed clients.
Anti cheat/CPS: This is an important tool that most staff dont use. Im very good at watching reports from anti cheats and even conducting test to find hacks.
Forums: As staff I will stay active on the server forums or ts to handle and updates, questions, reports, ect.
Extra stuff: Ok so you might think im a serious guy which I am but after you get to know me in fun, friendly and will give the server a positive attitude.

Why are you applying for wintercraft?: The reason Why I'm applying to wintercraft is because I see true potential on this server. I'm an experienced staff and knows lots of plugins :). What Will you do if you see another moderator abusing their powers?: I will first ask him why are you abusing your powers and then ill give them a warning so they won't do it again but if they do it again ill messages the owner and tell them what happened. If this happened the 3 time then I have no choice but to Temp Ban them if I'm admin but before I do that ill ask for the Owner permission.
How many hours can you play on the server per day?
On Weekends I can play for 10am-10pm
On Schooldays, I can play for 5pm-7pm
What will you do if you see a hacker?: I'll first try and gather as many proofs as I can If a person accuse a hacker but if I catch one that happens right next to him ill give him a permanent ban
Will you abuse your powers?: I'll never do that. Firstly that unfair to the players and secondly it harmful to the environment. If people catches a person who abused their power then they will never go on the server ever again since they think it's unfair but in conclusion, I will never do that.
What will you do if you see a staff member breaking rules?: I'll first give them a Warning then if they do it again ill will contact the Owner and if they do it again I'll contact the Owner and see what the punishment should be.
Will you give free Items to anyone?: No, The reason why is because it unfair to the community and there is no point of playing if a starter gets OP stuff compared to the person who plays for 1 year and still doesn't has OP stuff
What will you do if a friend of yours breaks a rule?: If my friend broke a rule he has to suffer the punishments even if he's my friend ill have to punish him for what he had done!

I'll first try and contact the owner since I can't do anything if they are a higher rank than me but once I gather enough evidences then ill be able to give this evidence to the Owner and he/she will come up with a punishment![/b]

Why are you applying for wintercraft?: The reason Why I'm applying to wintercraft is because I see true potential on this server. I'm an experienced staff and knows lots of plugins :). Another reason why I want to apply to this server is that I want to build a better environment for people who want to play on your server. Doing this will hopefully make your server popular or maybe but rarely, popular then Mineplex!
What can you bring to the server?: Before I start this I want to show you a bit about me. I believe that I am a hard working, devoted person that will take up any challenge that I am given, I have a sense of humor and will encourage and help people that are experiencing difficulties of any kind. my friends tell me that I am trustworthy and reliable and will not be afraid to talk to people! Now to the question. I will build and environment for people to play wonderful games that you have provided for us. Getting rid of cheaters will also help me to accomplished my goal since these cheaters will always try their best to ruin everyone's fun but If I get accepted I will be able to eliminate almost every hacker since I used to be one myself. Becoming a Hacker was a terrible mistake but One good thing came out of it which will help me recognize hackers who is trying to hack behind my back. I will be able to moderate Lobby and Games Almost daily :).
What Will you do if you see another moderator abusing their powers?: I will first ask him why are you abusing your powers and then ill give them a warning so they won't do it again but if they do it again ill messages the owner and tell them what happened. If this happened the 3 time then I have no choice but to Temp Ban them if I'm admin but before I do that ill ask for the Owner permission.
How many hours can you play on the server per day?
On Weekends I can play for 10am-10pm
On Schooldays, I can play for 5pm-7pm
What will you do if you see a hacker?: I'll first try and gather as many proofs as I can If a person accuse a hacker but if I catch one that happens right next to him ill give him a permanent ban
Will you abuse your powers?: I'll never do that. Firstly that unfair to the players and secondly it harmful to the environment. If people catches a person who abused their power then they will never go on the server ever again since they think it's unfair but in conclusion, I will never do that.
What will you do if you see a staff member breaking rules?: I'll first give them a Warning then if they do it again ill will contact the Owner and if they do it again I'll contact the Owner and see what the punishment should be.
Will you give free Items to anyone?: No, The reason why is because it unfair to the community and there is no point of playing if a starter gets OP stuff compared to the person who plays for 1 year and still doesn't has OP stuff
What will you do if a friend of yours breaks a rule?: If my friend broke a rule he has to suffer the punishments even if he's my friend ill have to punish him for what he had done!
