I think it's a good idea, but that's just me. However, that many different recipes with all the different possibilities of the redstone wiring seems like it'd be a pain to code....

Why I'd like too join: I have recently lost my last server due too a crappy owner who kept killing people. (I'm not going too go into details) Anyway, I would like too join because this looks like a very unique and interesting server. I would like too join and meet new people, and try too put my mining skills too use. All in all: I would really love too come into this server and meet new fun and happy people.

Extra: I am at the beach until the 26th, busy from 1:00-5:00 the next week and gone for ANOTHER week after that. so I will not be at full active potential for a few weeks.

I real life, if you were too put glass pieces in an oven, would you end up with a full thing of glass?

Yeah, Just a simple little idea that i thought about.
Its always been sorta annoying you know breaking glass, recieving nothing. But I was thinking about it, and why not make it drop a glass shard? (or even a few glass shards if it is needed)
It shouldnt be able too be used too make new glass in a 2x2 square. Since as you know, puttting pieces of glass together like a jigsaw puzzle does not result as a full piece of glass. And it will just crumple back into its pieces.
I was thinking more of the part as a weapon. Like a snowball you can throw, but with more damaege since you know, its glass. it hurts. Or even maybe even a placeable thing on the ground. About the same hight as redstone.
When you walk over it it hurts you. It all depends on what everyone else thinks would be efficient and a better use.

This seems awfully cool as a mod. I wouldn't recommend it as an addition too the game or anything, due too that changes the actual point of minecraft: Too build and mine and survive. It would change minecraft entirely if it were added too the actual thing. I do support it as a mod however. Good luck finding a modder.
I, myself, would probably never use this addition, however I am sure that you can find some modder and see if they can give it a whirl. I don't even know if Minecraft is compatible with that kind of coding....
