My name is Juan and my username is NotaLargeFarva(#1798 Discord). I am 29 years old. I live on the West Coast of the US. I am a very relaxed individual, until it comes to sports (lol). I work graveyard shift as a security guard for a local factory. On slow days I get a chance to play MC on my phone (Shhh!). I usually play on my laptop at home with my Xbox controller. I think that experience is so much better. I am used to a controller because I started playing MC on Xbox from 2013-2015. I lost interest and didn't have time to play, but lately I have gotten the "itch" to play again. I am new to MCPE, but not the game. I am currently engaged with no children, so I have plenty of time to play.
A while ago I found the MCPE subreddit and started to browse. It made me want to play again so I bought the game in the Windows Store and then joined the MCPE discord (where I found you guys!). I was lost. I didn't know it was so hard and complicated to join a realm. I found a couple realm to play on and have been playing for a month on New Filgaia (<TV> UnixAssassin) and a few weeks on Shadow Cove (Passiko). Please DM me for their Discord names if you would like to contact them as a reference or they can be found on the MCPE Discord under their realm channels. I'd also like to leave Mining Addict as a reference who is a great player who I have met on New Filgaia. Please ask for their Discord username in DM as well. I believe they are interested in joining this realm as well and I'd love to give my full support of them. They are amazing in the Nether! Back to the realms I am part of -- I am fond of these realms and the people in them, but they are not as active as I would like them to be and that saddens me.
As for my skill set, I'd say I am an overall intermediate player. My abilities are pretty even across the board. I am more of a miner/explorer/farmer/resource gatherer. The weakest link in my strengths would be my building. I don't like to settle for something I am not totally happy with. I won't just throw up a cobblestone box and call it home. I don't like to leave things undone, so when I start something, I try to focus on it until its done. I don't like to leave things looking odd or ugly. I make sure not to spam with torches or leave floating trees unless it is temporary. I can build useful facilities such as food farms, XP farms, and storage rooms. My overall weaknesses would be surviving the Nether and potions. I am not much of a potion person.
I am looking for an active realm. I am on two great realms, but the issue is they are not very active. I also want a realm that is 100% Survival. I love Survival and take pride in building and gathering resources in this environment. It gives me pride and a sense of accomplishment. I am seeking to be part of a great community. I think my respectfulness, helpfulness, and ability to be a team player would contribute to the greater good of your realm. I am very responsible and courteous.
