Zz, You are not allowed to go into safezones while pvping or if you have gotten tagged When in pvp asking for contraband you cannot jail instead you have to attack them. Third of all Viper intended for the drinkable health potions to be used in between battles but some guards use it as their last resort before their death, what I mean by this is that you shouldn't have gone into non-pvp just to drink that.
i use my drinkable ones during fights but I don't run into non pvp
Please STOP complaining about Trainees. I'll admit that I did run into a safezone a few times to drink health potions but I don't jail complaining frees. If a free says that I abuse, I usually unjail them. You cannot judge that I am actually "Bad" at PvP because You've never challenged me to an honest battle. I am wearing Protection 1 Chainmail armor with a non enchanted diamond sword. You have Full Diamond Armor (Enchanted) and a Fire Aspect Or Sharpness. This isn't a fair battle. I understand now that you mentioned it, that if I ask for sword in pvp area and you don't give it, I attack not jail. I understand. I will not drink health potions in non PvP area from now on. Part of the job is that 1 fight to the deth no running into safe zones cause you will be demoted of you do 2 you are going to get yelled at by frees you have to take it and make them server their jail it punishment for a reason

I think you should be unbanned too, Dark. First off, you have played on this server for awhile, and if that video was old, then you have already served your time. Second, both Digital and Gabe were unbanned when they had Nodus, and you outranked both of them. o_o Third, I think that it would be fair to be demoted to C if you are unbanned, as that was the case with Gabe and Digi. That's all I have to say.
If you read his app he used nodus along time ago why would he be demoted now for it he already served his punishment for it
Hello Wardens! Today I have a request from you guys:
Ok so here's the deal. We all know PvP logging is an issue, and an annoying one. Not just because we can't jail when the loggers are offline, but because we won't know if they've ever logged before to determine their jail time.
This is why I think Guards should have a "known loggers list," to determine the jail time of somebody if they are a known logger, and if they're not on the list then you can add them. Basically, it would be like a bulletin board much like the message board in C, except it would be in Guard Spawn so that only Guards could see it. If we see somebody who logs a lot, we can then know exactly how long we need to jail them for. So, if X has just logged, you add to the number of times they log off on you. This way, we know how to deal with these people.
I understand this can be abused easily, however if the wardens could find a way to see who the abuser is and demote/ban them, I think it could work. However, the prisoners/frees will deny logging and therefore could create trouble to see who's telling the truth.
Also, I have suggested this before, and it probably won't happen because of the fact that it might cause more problems than solve, I think we could have a Jail on Sight message board, also for Guards. So, if somebody logs on you and you have to do something in real life, you could post their name, the reason for the jail, and the jail time. This may also cause problems with determining if it has been abused, however it just might work.

Jail on sigt could be like the bouty program you just add them to that list and once they are jaile it automatically removes them

No spamming
No abusing server glitches/bugs
No advertising (Warning then ban)
Do not attack other prisoners/guards.
Never be in possession of contraband items.
Do not camp Non-PVP areas
Do not abuse PVP zones
Do not grief mines/other areas in which you can build
Kill anyone that attacks you or another prisoner.
If a prisoner is being attacked but does not fight back, do not kill the victim unless he/she fights.
If a contraband item is seen, order the prisoner to give it over.
If the prisoner does not comply, begin counting down from 5.
After 5 seconds, you may do the following:
PVP Zone: Attack the user
Non-PVP Zone: Jail the user
NO GRUDGES.
If a prisoner kills you, you may not spawn, find him, and revenge kill him.
To attack him, you must wait for the prisoner to attack you again.
Put "Noakii" somewhere in your app or you will be denied.
Non-PVP means a "clean slate" for prisoners
If a prisoner hits you and runs into NON-PVP, you cannot attack them when they leave unless you sucessfully hit them before they entered.
Do not jail users for more than 30 minutes.
Only exception: Users breaking server rules
All Guards MUST join the Guard Faction
Ask an AlphaGuard for an invite
Do not store Guard Kits.
Guards abusing kits will be demoted or banned depending on the situation

If anyone is wondering, I got demoted for inactivity. I was book slammed and test slammed this first year in high school (freshman) I've had alot of high school placement tests and class placement tests and alot of pre-tests, so I have been studying hard. I took time out of my schedule to periodically get on Convicted but Convicted needs more active alphas. Viper said I could take a break until all the work has declined and I can be more active. Hope this clear things up.
Ok people are getting pissy about running into a riot and getting killed when they don't fight it says in the rules dot run into guard fights you may be killed
