7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I watch people get away with alot on this server and i plan to have my eye on every single prisoner and enforce the rules said at spawn

3) How long have you been playing the server? I have been playing on the server for approximately a week.
4) Have you read the Server, Prison, and Guard Rules? I have read and re-read all the rules, and fully understand them.
5) Any experience with the prison genre? The only experience I have is on this server, but I enjoy it very much and grasp the concept of it.
6) What is your time zone? My time zone is US Eastern.
7) Why are you the best choice for guard? Previously, I wrote a short paragraph outlining the key reasons why I would be a good choice for guard, and several people informed me that a longer app is a better one. So I have been playing for a short while now on the server and several times saw only a few guards on. While this may be a rare occurrence, I believe I can fill in that gap as I'm on almost every day. I can PvP rather well, and have a decent computer that only lags a small amount on the server, which will enhance my PvP abilities.
Not only am I a decent PvP'er, I have lots of experience as staff on server. I was [Operator] on a tekkit server called "itekkit", which had over 250 people at one point. I can handle tense situation quickly and with little-no problems, and can sympathize with the Alpha-Guards (or wardens, like Noakii) who deal with spammers, hackers, etc. Also, having been OP on a high-end server before, I can also deal with the power and responsibility that comes with being a Guard, or any other staff position.
Furthermore, I am rather mature for my age. This does not excuse me from having fun, making jokes, etc, but it does mean I can understand situations and react more calmly towards them.

My current rank is [Free]/Donor($40), and if I ever retire I have several videos and screenshots that give prove of my rank, and even if those get lost I don't mind working through the prison again.
Ok the comments I have to make on this app are owwww the colors hurt and being a donor means nothing to the chances of you getting guard or unbanned in fact it doesn't look good in an application its basically saying I donated now give me guard. Now on to the next part its a pretty good app and your a kind player so I herby recommend you for trainee.

Recently I left my rubbish nokia phone in my pocket and it went through the washing machine and my mum when crazy and took both of my computers, my ipod, my wii ( I don't evn use it...) and all of my gaming items and hardware.
I really wanted to keep playing on convicted (and working on something else), so I took back my computer and for over a week she did not know I had it and it was all going fine. Then yesterday I forgot to lock my door and suddenly mum was standing there screaming at me. I have now lost my computer again, and what a good time for her to get my report card. I started playing convicted last december (over a year now) and got Guard in Febuary. Since then my grades have started to slip and mum suggested I may not get my laptop back until my grades are up o my next report... which will not be for the rest of the holidays and a whole term... and it means I have to do work... and............... homework........
Wish me luck, I will sneak on whenever I can (Mum works a fair bit these holidays, so seveal hours a day may be possible,... if I can find my laptop...
On a different note, I will not be able to get all my stuff out of storage before the 24th...

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I got banned during war after I killed dusty. I aaadon't really remember what his excuse was, but I think it was pretty stupid to ban me when I did nothing.
Any additional information: It would be really cool if I could get unbanned. I didn't do anything to actually get banned either. If you don't believe me then ask avidkoby, he has known me for around 2-3 years and knows that I don't hack. This server took a lot of time out of my life honestly. I don't really want all if that time to have been wasted for something that i didn't even do. Dusty even admitted that there was a lot of lag that day, maybe that's what he was seeing but I'm not sure. He only banned me after I killed him, I'm not really sure if it was a rage ban or something but I really do want to get unbanned. This server really meant a lot to me because i spent so much time on it. I really loved this server, it was actually my favorite server.
Please only post every 10 pages I saw this on the previous page I believe.
Guys, if a Guard accidentally kills you, it's not worth it to try and report it. We aren't perfect, and we make mistakes like all people. Now, if a Guard is intentionally going out of his/her way to try and kill you for no apparent reason, then you should report it. Also, please try to include some sort of proof in your report. Screenshots don't really do much, but videos are usually the best. So, say a Guard accidentally kills you instead of another guy and that other guy hit him. This was probably an accident, as sometimes the Combat Tag won't tell you who hit you, so therefore we don't know. But say this happens every time, then you should report it, with video evidence. Thanks.
Also, I have a complaint against the Combat Tag. Could there be a way for it to detect if the person that you were fighting dies, either by your hands or another's? A few times I have been killed for logging off too soon after I killed somebody. Both times I had run into a Non-PvP zone, and it was usually about 5 or 6 seconds after they died. Similarly, it won't tell you who tags you if somebody had tagged you soon before. If it would be possible to detect if they died (and I think it should if the plugin can detect if you log off and automatically kill you,) then it should just automatically get rid of the tag, so that way if you log off after/get hit by another person, then it will work better, in my opinion.
