1. No clients that give a player an advantage over another ie. Nodus, Spider hacks, X-ray ect.
2. No griefing the the server, but griefing faction homes of enemies is allowed as long as you are doing it to enter the home only.
3. No fighting with the Admins or Mods via chat it will result in a ban for a time period of their discretion.
4. No skins or texture packs that make you invisible or allow you to x-ray without a client.

All applications are considered denied if not replied to after 1 week! Asking for you app to be read in game or on this forums will result in a Deny. Spamming your app will result in a deny, repost every 10 pages or every 1. week
Also C's and B's making apps be they guard or unban on the last page and top of this one. You guy's need to put time into making the app if you want it to be accepted. One sentence answers will not get you guard. For the C's and B's doing unban on this and last page: You have to give them good reasons why they should unban you not just say you are sorry. If I just wrote "I didn't do it" when I got banned a bit back I would have stayed banned forever. What you have to do is have proof you didn't do what you got banned for. For me I posted pics of my.jar right after I was banned so I couldn't have force updated and wrote a logical explanation for what could have happened and what motive I would have for hacking. For you it is going to be harder as you guy's got banned for X-ray. Fact is you prob won't be unbanned. It is hard to prove you were not X-raying and X-ray is perm ban, no unbans. I think there might have been one or 2 exceptions to that rule in convicted history but other than that you get banned for X-ray you stay banned. Also you people admitted to using X-ray which means they now know 100% you were x-raying. This means you will most likely stay banned. I can not accept or deny guard apps or ban/unban people. All I can say is if you want to get accepted/unbanned you have to put time into it.
Sorry this post is so long. I just wanted to post this because quite frankly the quality of apps have been declining. A ton of C's ask how to get guard and where to apply(all things they should have read at the spawn) and then write the minimum an app can be. It's like they want guard but are too lazy to do minor work for it. I have found out recently quite a large amount of C's skip the rules from C's themselves and observing. Then those who want guard write an app which is super short and is missing the word which is in the rules but say they have read the rules. I know not ALL C's do this but quite a few do.
Also Wardens: If you go down the stairs after going through guard door you can see this block is broken. I am not quite sure how but people can get in as a fellow guard got in somehow when there are no buttons anymore to open them (what IS the story behind that? Did Noakii punch them off and forget to replace them again or were they purposely removed?)

**This is not a report of abuse seeing as how it will have Zero impact on the Alpha, this is just me showing SDA's mistake and pointing this out to other guards**
Rule: If a guard see's a Prisoners sword and FAILS to ask for it (or tag the prisoner) before the prisoner warps the prisoner is safe
-people say that this is "warping to avoid being asked for sword" but the REALITY of the matter is that if a Guard hasnt asked or tagged the prisoner he / she does NOT have authority to jail them. So if im seen with a sword and i warp to elite before a guard asks for it I can not be jailed, the guard hasnt "guarded" me yet.
Today, I killed a Free. SDA saw me and started chasing me, I warped to elite to avoid being asked for sword. About 4 mins later he sais "I can jail for warping to avoid being asked for sword" and hands me a 15 min jail. The 15 min jail is not my concern, this post is to tell Guards that you cant do that. You have to remember, If you havent talked or tagged the prisoner you have NO right to jail them, thats equivalent to jailing for them standing next to you. What do you want prisoner to do? Stand there and wait for you to come to them because they know your a guard and you saw them? No, there gonna run and avoid the jail.
So remember: IF YOU DID NOT TALK OR TAG A PRISONER YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO JAIL THEM IF THEY ARE FAR AWAY FROM YOU IN ANOTHER BLOCK.

Wrong gorea there is a sign in guard spawn that reads treating warping like logging. You warping to abound being asked for a sword is the same as you logging to avoid it hence a 30 min jail.
I have a request and that is to disable opples on the server. Why frees will ask well because they make it so most frees who are already more op than guard are unstoppable this is especially true when its only one or two guards. You frees complain about our armor upgrades but in reality we have to deal with more than you guys we stand no chance against you in our armor when most of us don't have access to opples cause we don't have free alts. Please consider my request im sure there will be more than a few people who support me on this one.

No, this is actually my first ever prison-genre game at Minecraft.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard?
This is tricky question since I true believe that I am not the best, but maybe good enough at least try to be Trainee. This all starts when I first joined the server and had that tutorial on the beginning of the game. At one room, there was 3 ways to choose your path, 2 for being “Criminal” and 1 for being “Guard” and all were really interesting. First I was thinking the baddest, the better and I were so sure to be criminal. What change my mind was after crafting some blocks and wood and I were on my way to market, I got killed and not just once, but several times. At that time I realized the price of the game and how surviving the first steps were more important than trying to be modern criminal. Well, after crafting and having money I finally had enough to rank up myself for B. Now I understood the idea of the game and saw new opportunities to play but one moment changed my view when I saw several Guard protecting players and as they are named, “Guarding” the jail, especially on C-Block. I started to follow few Guards just to see how they work, how they play for us and each other’s, how they speak, how they communicate and how much different Guards we could have. I kind liked what I saw and after few days I think maybe that was my call to be Guard one day.
What I think I can see benefit to be as Guard is probably (and maybe funny to say this) my new view of this full prison genre. Since I have never been even once any of these, I have fresh mind and I’m probably not so ed off some things, what might have been effected most of the current “Old” players right now. One thing for sure is my age too… I was checking few applications before mine and seem this game or server is mostly based of young players and this might be kind “rare” to see player at age of mine. This means how I play, I see, I speak or my attitude are, My “Ego” if I have one, my personality or what I think etc. are not at the same level as many others. I might be more calm, I might be more silence, I might “act” more adult, I can be more serious what I do when it needed to, I might not understand the point of all the “rage” or “fun” what most players have and so on. But I can ride just what I am and I think everyone will notice some point that I might be a “bit different” than many others and maybe it’s just positive thing for some of the players. I am also like a “open book” which mean I easily find many gaming-friends and they start to know me better than even I do.. But that’s one thing of my fun personality and I can’t hide it J. So I really think I could be that guy who takes every single hit for rogues and prisoners who tries to kill me, I think I have enough guts to guard those, who have nothing than a knuckles to protect themselves, I know I understand the effort of this work or maybe a prison-job, I’m sure that under my watch the rules are rules and breaking the rules means action of guards.
In the end of all, I think this will also be good gaming experience to me too. I have played so much different games and console when I was younger, but this kind of games or gaming society was not so common at my childhood. I was rocking with my PS1 and played Crash Bandicoot, there were no multiplayer or I could not even dream to have a game with over 200 players at the same time. Well, of course now days I have seen things or two, but I think I will enjoy my ride here for long time. I also like Noakii.

Lovely server you all have, your members come and spawn other server, this is completely outrageous, and unmannerly to have on a server, you all should care more about your public view with other server, than this. These players should either get banned or temp banned, whatever your damn punishment is for this type of non-sense, it shows nothing to the community of minecraft that you are a great server, only that you all are a disgusting piece of filth with trolls for staff, and 10 year old players.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I have no reason why I was banned in the first place. I think it was b0mber that banned me.Well, I have one question, why is it only b0mber that accuses me of hacks? I never get accused by any other alpha on the server. The past 2 bans were from him i'm pretty sure. For some reason, I have an odd feeling b0mber just doesn't like me. If you look in my invtentory, I mine 1x1 tunnels straight down, I was in Voter mine, I mined 1x1 tunnel straight down, found a diamond block. After that I continued to mine down, then b0mber banned me. This is kind of upsetting how he accuses me every day.

Loyalty is a raiding server where you put together a faction and try and become the most powerful group on the server. Have fun good luck

Server Rules
1. No clients that give a player an advantage over another ie. Nodus, Spider hacks, X-ray ect.
2. No griefing the the server, but griefing faction homes of enemies is allowed as long as you are doing it to enter the home only.
3. No fighting with the Admins or Mods via chat it will result in a ban for a time period of their discretion.
4. No skins or texture packs that make you invisible or allow you to x-ray without a client.
5. No typing LIKE DIS it will result in 30 min mute and if it doesn’t stop ban or temp ban.
6. No using /f desc to talk when muted.
7. Advertising other servers is not allowed and will result in mute and then ban if it happens again.
8. No racism if you are racist you can be banned.

1. No abusing your power it will result in demote and possibly ban/temp ban depending on severity.
