I believe that I would be the best choice for guard because I have lots of experience with a leadership or protective position. I am a very kind person, am willing to help anyone upon request, and am an easy person to get along with. I am always open to suggestions or correction and take them very seriously. I am very laid back and love to have fun but I can always “get down to business”!
I have been playing Convicted for about 4 days now and am experienced with how the prison genre works and how to guard, as I am a guard and a free on Convicted. I am on usually from two to five hours a day most days and enjoy conversing with other prisoner and guards. It even excites me more that this is a new server and many more possibilities are available.
I consider myself a decent PVP-er but definitely not the best. I am currently working on improving that by practicing day by day. I also hope that, as I grow closer to the guards that I can take their suggestions and use them to improve upon, thus helping the server and me.
I have familiarized myself with the Prison and Server rules and have also read the Guard rules on the server and on the forums. I completely understand them and will not take them lightly. I understand how to gain kits and the consequences for stashing and abusing them.
I am a very outgoing person and always welcome new people. I never want anyone left out and feel bad. I believe that anyone and everyone should be included no matter their race, religion, or opinions.
I have spent countless hours gaining money to rank up. However, I don’t always think “me, me, me”. I love to help others. I also try to spend lots of time getting to know the guards, wardens, and other prisoners on the server. I believe this is a key part in having a truly amazing time on the server.

Ok I'm here to give you a couple pointers first make the question about why you should b guard longer. 1-2 paragraphs is the minimum but your going to need more than 1 unless its an mind blowing paragraph which yours is not.
I stil have those concerns but you were a good guard and I hope they are willing to give you another chance. Just don't disappoint us if you get another chance

Legit you were a good guard before and I liked you (still like you dot worry) but I'm worried and I'm sure others are that you will get guard guard for a bit then retire again.
You guys who say "He should be unbanned" don't have a clue what you are talking about. You are just jumping on the bandwagon for the attention or reputation you seek. We all can see this and thus it isn't working. About the Gorea/SDA business, please stop preaching on the forums because noone cares. Most people hated both you and SDA so all you guys take it elsewhere and let the people who come on the forums for the proper use do their daily business because you are making yourself look bad AND the server look bad. It makes us all look bad for us having a suckish community - well suckier than it already has. Just leave Gorea, you keep saying this will not stop, and yes, maybe it won't but we heard you the first time, so just go away, you are not wanted as a 'Player' of Convicted. I strongly agreed that cookiemonsta should be unbanned its completly insane to ban someone for simply finding/saying your twitter/Facebook/YouTube whatever it is on the server. You personal information put on this sites isn't private if you put it there where anyone who searches your name can find it. Now I admit there could be more to this ban than we know but I have heard about this multiple times now.
You guys banning cookiemonsta is extremely bad. He is not at fault. Finding SDAngels info is not some super secret thing that only he knew. Its literally as easy as this:
Google search "Angel Lopez" and itll show you all of SDAngels information. Why would you ban him for that? He didnt deserve a ban. Just because SDAngel is on a streak of banning doesnt mean cookie should fall.
I also agree with this. It's very easy to find someone's twitter and other things if you know the persons name. There are some people on this server who know my name and could find my twitter I have had someone even search and find my Facebook. I don't understand how this is grounds to ban.

5) Any experience with the prison genre? Ah, you see this is the question where I shine . I am currently guard on Prisonbreakservers.com I have quit that server and requested a demotion which is currently unfolding as I type.
I was guard on Don't drop the soap, it was fun and all but it really doesn't compare to what you guys run around here. I was a guard on Acrealms, before it was shut down recently because of a lack in donations.
but one thing has grown similar throughout being guard on those servers. I played those servers on the side, or when i was ed at someone on convicted. The other servers have always been second hand to you. And that's a true fact indeed.

Why I am the best choice for guard on convicted.
Motivation: Now, most people who play on the same server for a month or two get bored of it and leave. In my case I did not. In fact I quadrupled anyone who is currently guarding as we speak. My Image: Most people on the server now think of me as a cool guy. I'm nice to everyone and I usually help out the new guys. I never back down when someone challenges me to a 1v1. I never back out of a fight even if I lose the person who beat me truly deserved it. I need to go from respectful to respected, and this is the way I can show it. Your Image: You need guards who will maintain the server at all hours. You need guards who are inter-woven in your current staff. You need a genuine soul to watch over your precious server while you lay your head on your pillow and rest. In all honesty, I am that savior who you have been waiting for. You just gotta give me a chance to spread my wings. Respect:The golden rule. Treat others the way you would like to be treated. I don't know if its the way my parents raised me, or if my life was changed by watching The Boy in the striped Pajamas but I have honor and respect twords everyone I encounter. I see it as an important quality that all guards, and all people should have. Being Trust Worthy: At the end of the day no matter who you choose to be guard, I'll be fine with it. Just as long as you know your guards should be your companions. I know Alpha-guards such as iNicool who doesn't have that one on one relationship where you both don't have time for a chat. I just don't want to be your guard, I want to be your best friend. In real life people make it to higher positions because they know their boss. Other outsiders who just want the job for the money or fame, and don't put in a valiant effort and don't succeed. Pvp: I am really good at pvp. I don't get in a lot of fights on convicted, simply put because a lot of people team therefore it is unfair. Ok Im not really sure how much my opinion means here anymore since I dont play that much but i know that fly would make a very good guard. I have seen him as a owner and admin of his own server and know he understands how to treat players. He would be a very good person to consider for promotion to guard. Yes i understand his app is like a college thesis and viper doesnt want to read those.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: Maybe I don't deserve to be unbanned, but I played Convicted for a long time and was a (Alpha)Guard for over a year and made lots of friends on the server. Then one day, after taking a break, I made a mistake that got me banned deservedly. I regret my actions and apologise for breaking the server rules for my own personal gain but I would love to play the server again to see how much it has developed and to talk to players, new and old. Thank you for considering my unban and I am sorry for trying to gain an unfair advantage.

In my time dangers was one to look up to and he was popular with most, He ddosed the server but he came clean made an alt and to be honest he seems to have stopped doing all things that damage the server.
I had a falling out with him 2 or 3 weeks ago I called him a hacker that shouldn't be allowed back on the server whether its his alt or him, but I feel I am wrong. He has changed and I'm glad I think he is gaining popularity and is a respected member of the convicted community because of this.
I said he seems to be getting some of it back but i know for me personally it will take a while till i truly respect and trust him again. I may never fully respect or trust him again because even though he came clean he cant change what he did and that will always be associated with him.
Prkr I would like to address some of the points you have made and call them all out for stupidity.
Firstly, ban appeals are for the wrongly banned so trying to get unbanned is pointless.
Secondly it is spam as you are reporting too often, and about the guard apps, those who do spam their apps are told not to and are then auto denied if it continues.
Thirdly, Insulting well respected members of the convicted community (Dangers) is not a good way to get yourself unbanned and will end you up with more hate than appreciation.
To pecyboy I would very much like to see you unbanned, you have admitted what you have done is stupid but rules are rules, appeals are for the wrongly banned, I am sorry and I still miss you
Yoda i wouldnt go as far as to say Dangers is respected by the convicted community yet. In case you didnt know or have forgoten he hacked and destroyed the server early last fall. Now he is back on his alt and regaining some of the respect he once had but i wouldnt say hes got it back yet.
Ok so i logged on for a bit earlier and was on for about 30 min then walked into guard spawn and logged off i was not in combat i checked. When i logged on i logged on it the correct spot but my inventory had been cleared i lost some potions 3 opples a sharp IV Fire II sword and a insignificant bow. Im requesting that my items of Sharp IV Fire II sword and Opples be returned to me. This is because i did nothing wrong that would have caused my inv to be cleared.
