This resourcepack is quite similar to this pack: http://www.minecraft...-dusk-pack-v25/
Not saying that you copied it or anything, it's just that the pack in the link(The dusk pack) got discontinued in version 1.3, and your pack just reminds me of it. Brings back old memories. I used to absolutely love the dusk pack, so needless to say I became upset when it got discontinued ): Thankfully, pixel daydreams seems to fill in the dusk pack-less hole in my heart :)

This map is phenomenal, but I must ask, what were the mechanics that went into making this map? What MCedit filters did you use if any, if you would rather not tell the public I understand, but this map is a work of redstone and Minecraft trickery...this is art.
Actually, he uploads tutorials on how to do it on his youtube channel, jespertheend2. He's got some pretty amazing content there...

the first digit is near the parkour, after the puzzle where you have to choose between left and right.

make sure you flip the room upside down, pick up the paper out of the chest and flip the lever. go back to the non flipped room and put in the paper in the dropper exactly like it was in the flipped room.
In case you just want to know the number, it is
    4

Wait a second... that was what the chest was for?! I just figured out the missing digit by getting the rest of the digits, then finding out that it's missing... I don't think that puzzle is as logical as the other ones, slightly vague.

Help again plz, I figured out what the weird map room is for but don't know how it works, i did the find the difference thingy, I went to time warp place, I found a 4 places where you enter code, as my map room indicates-orange, blue, and green-but have no idea what some of the characters stand for, and I have no idea where to go to find them.
Just in case you're still struggling with this, here are some answers. Only use them if you're desperate and you can't find out even after interrogating your brain with nutella and bananas.
    Map room functions
The white squares that have a hollow pixel in the middle and has a green or red dot on the top right is a button block. And by button blocks, I mean the ones where there is a stained clay with a stone button on it. If you don't know what difference the stone buttons do when clicked, then damn, you have a long way ahead of you. If the dot is red on the map in the map room, that means you have to make the circular pillar quartz go to the right location of the button block(Down, left, right, up, upright, upleft, etc). The location is different for each color button blocks. Find out the answer for each one.
The colored squares that have a hollow pixel in the middle indicate hopper rooms for each 6 colors. If the pixel is hollow, then that means that you didn't insert the right code or you didn't insert a code at all. If you inserted the right code in the hopper, then the hollow pixel will be filled up in the map room.
Most of the characters can be found out in the giant cube room, but you have to get through the obstacles first. Use your spacial sense.

jespertheend can you please make a tutorial or something on the time warp vortex thing, it was awesome, I didn't even know that was possible in minecraft, what are the black particles? I know the sound is enderdragon dying, but I have no idea how the particles was possible.

Actually, he didn't invent that. He stated that he got it from hifolksimadam. I think this is the video that demonstrates and teaches how to make it...

WOOHOO!!! I JUST FINISHED THE MAP!!!!And here comes the map review.
The code 3, like it's predecessor maps, requires the player to use their skill of inferring and analyzing, but the code 3 is rather special. During the gameplay, the map demanded me to use all my mind skills, including spacial analyzation and observation of environment. The map does not give the player a direct answer, and rather asks the player to continue on the map without any dialogue of any kind. It is completely up to the player to decide which puzzle to solve first, but later on, the player realizes that it is all just one large puzzle. The code 3 has extremely mind-blowing and astounding gameplay, however, if the player did not play the previous code maps, then this map will be nearly impossible for them to solve. The puzzles were absolutely mindblowing, requiring the player to use every single mind skill he/she has. The quality of the map was stupendous, with no glitches/bugs or building mistakes encountered. A small problem about this map, however, is that it requirs a lot of backtracking, making the player confused of their location in the map, but perhaps that's another one of the Code's charms.

    Gameplay: 10
Flawlessness(No glitches, no bugs, etc): 10
Difficulty: 10 :P(Do not play this map if you haven't played the previous 2 codes, unless you are very, VERY smart.)
Problems: Too much backtracking, lack of tutorial
    Rated: 9.99999999/10

Overall, the Code 3 was probably THE best minecraft puzzle experience for me, every second of it was a surprise. I loved how it required me to use every single part of my dusty old brain, and the puzzles were very intriguing and addicting, while also not giving up quite easily. If you want to play this map, I recommend play the first two code maps first. But believe me, this map is definitely worth playing two of it's prequels first. The Code 3 is one of those rare maps in which the quality of every aspect makes it deserve to have a game of it's own. I cannot state enough how magical this map was.

    ALSO...

thanks! The answer to your question is actually in the map itself. So I won't say that here, I want that to be a sort of puzzle.hint: make sure to pay attention at the end of the map.
    The End?

Find them at the giant cube room. As you progress through the obstacles, you will find most of the characters out, and you will have to figure one out yourself without using clues. Don't worry, the last one is very simple to find out. Use common sense.

yeah, I think it's supposed to be like that:
You're supposed to plant a tree on the right block before you go through the vortex so it will grow up and get you to the hopper.

You didn't need to give me the answer, before I saw your answer, I solved it with me beautiful brain :D

I do have another problem though. I filled all the codes in except for the red one(Where you shrink down to a tiny size and get under the half slab wall thingies). How do you resize yourself larger again?
EDIT: Nevermind, I found out, apparently I have to throw the paper higher than I thought :P

As I play this map, it amazes me how I have encountered 0 glitches/bugs or problems while playing such a complex map with extreme mindBOOM. Even some simple adventuremaps have one or two glitches or flaws, yet in the entire code series, I have encountered none. I might write a map review in this thread after finishing it, but for now, I shall challenge THE FINAL CODE!!!

When I go into the sapling planting room after the time machine(The one where there's grass), I can't open the dispenser. Is it supposed to be like that?
    Quote from Kellbyb

I've found and entered the codes for yellow, orange, green, blue, and red hoppers, but I'm stuck now. Any clues for the sixth (what I think is the last) one?
Strange...The last one is the purple one, and I entered that one. If you managed to enter the code for orange and yellow, then you should have the digits necessary for the last purple one. If you're asking for the location, here's a hint: redstone lamps and clay.

I'm stuck on the part right after the time warp thing, where the code map is like overgrown by plants HALP
I've had slight trouble with that too, but I manged to figure it out after a few minutes. First, go to the sapling planting zone, then fall in the lava. After dying, you will respawn on top of the rubble ledge. Go back to the hallway, and you already know that the hallway is partially destroyed. Jump in a void hole, die, and you will end up at the mysterious gravity switch-o-matic place. If you wanna return to the original move-the-block-puzzle, go to the parkour course and die in lava. If you blocked the exit that goes to the parkour course, go to the gravity switching room, die there, and then die in the parkour course. This is written after memory so it might not be completely accurate.

I got through that part, but there's another problem:
I went through the tornado and got to another hopper - this one collapsed and I found another one below some water. I entered in the code 49873 and got a scoreboard on the side with a pair of brackets for a name and one entry also named by brackets, with a score of 1. Any hints from here? I can't see any way to progress.
I think we can help each other out. I found a different hopper, typed in a different code, and got the brackets too. Maybe if we type in all the codes for the hoppers and get all the brackets, we can move forward!

Woah, that was quick. It's also peculiar how you refer to me as "Mr" Noobgalaxies... XD Also, my only banner needed a friend. I don't do popular suggestion banners, since I see them all the time around the forums.

This would be a quite impressive and useful aesthetic feature... Especially useful for mapmakers or when you want to make your survival world look more smashing! Of course, I think the textures demonstrated in this post should be altered to the default cactus color palette with black thorns, but I do like how you want to implement this in Desert M biomes. It just gives another reason to make M type biomes special than default. Support I shall!
