    It's not that hard to so, just put a schematic in your spawn chucks and then you can just put down stairs anywhere, if anything, it's easier.

    /scoreboard players set @e[type=Type,score_timer=20,score_timer_min=20] 0

    I think those commands are right.

    Well technically you could make a (a lot) less detailed version if you have a lot of spare time, and have the patience to spawn thousands of baby villagers with blocks on there head riding with skulls. The second one you could click a button and get a chat menu, then, depending on the color you want, have a execute command to clone colored wool like 200 blocks above you.
