Viper. Your Warden, Noakii griefed and harassed Mal's property. Along with Aevil (prisoner - free) they lied and set about repeatedly killing him. Noakii even gave Aevil some equipment to do so. Both are caught burning, destorying some of Mal's work, building, and livestock. All while spouting mocking bullcrap about being native indians driving off the settlers. This is the second time Noakii has gone off on a chaotic rule breaking binge late at night. Get this pathetic excuse for a warden out of my damn sight. I can't count the rules broken here. I'm kind of (real) nooby about the matter of these (in general) servers, so i will ask (didn't find any other place, sorry :c if there already a post with the answer i'm looking for, sorry to make trouble) how can I register/join/be part of a server ? . Reason you were banned: Well, it was quite some time ago in event wars when we were doing a PvP event. Noakii said whoever got 12+ kills without dying got to have some level of sharpness diamond sword. Of course, with my awesome-sauce PvP skills of mine, i entered. I had killed at least 7 guys when the title screen popped up in my minecraft. I thought to myself "Oh no, just some mistake i guess" but when I try to log onto Convicted, it says "Auto-aim-assist.. -Noakii <3" So i was like, okay.. well this is strange. So ive been wanting to post a ban appeal but ive never had time. So now I FINALLY got to!

Approximate time of ban: (Include time zone): Maybe abround 7:00P.M. It was a long time ago.. I dont remember the EXACT time but somewhere around there.
Why you deserve to be unbanned: I think it was just a mistake that Noakii made and I didnt do anything wrong. If it wasnt a mistake and Noakii purposly banned me I have no reason to be banned. I do not use auto aim assist or any other form of hacks. I love this server and I was going to donate sooner or later because my birthday was coming up. But now I guess i cant :/. But I would like to be unbanned because again, I didnt do anything wrong.
Any additional information: Just in case you think I hack, I have deleted my whole .minecraft folder and got a brand new one by clicking "Force update" in the options tab in the log-in screen. I thank you all for reading this and I hope I get unbanned! <3

If you lacked attention when it was said, I don't know what to tell you. When me and Aldron were playing, I re-call us fighting you and you easily hit both of us at the exact same time which is impossible. Either it was auto-aim or force-field, but whatever it was-

My Dog Bailey accidentally hung herself on my fence today. (Collar got caught) It was sad because it's my second dog that has died this summer... Not to mention my third dog may have to be put down due to deteriorating muscle in the hips.

Well school is back, and he's taking quite a lot of AP's, if not all.
We can all enjoy and nag him during his presence when there is a break!
As for transferring players from prison to prison,
I don't like the thought itself, mostly because its a ploy to gain
more players.
