What commands do Admins use daily?: Depends, If i'm online and hackers are on i will first go into vanish, teleport to the player and investigate and will ban if need be. If i'm online and no one else is doing anything that's not against the rules i really don't have to use that many commands.To put it directly it depends on what i'm doing on that day or what players are doing.

What would you do if someone was suspected of hacking?: First of all i would question the player. If they say no and i get another report i would investigate the player. If the player is in fact not hacking i will keep tabs on said player until it is clear they are not. If the suspected player is hacking i will confront them and ask them why they are hacking and what is it for. If they tell me the truth i will temp ban them for a set amount of time and if they lie to me it will be a permanent ban for hacking and lying to a Moderator or Admin about doing so.
What would you do if someone was as excessively spamming, and have already been warned once?: First i would warn them a second time and if they are spamming a IP to another server it would be an instant ban. If they player keeps spamming i will mute for a maximum of 10 minutes (Most of the time i do a 1-5 minute mute, Depends on the degree of spamming). If they do it after that i will kick them. After that kick if they persist i will ban them for a maximum of 30 minutes (Will probably be a 10 minute). After that i will ask a higher ranked Staff member if i should resort to banning the player
What would you do if a fellow staff member was abusing his or her rank?: First i would ask them to stop. If i find out they are using their abilities to get ahead of any other normal player i will first screenshot their behavior. After a warning i will record a 20-30 second video of exactly what they are doing at 60 fps so it is very clear. If they do not stop i will ban them until i can get an Owner or a Admin to look at the video/screenshots and if they say it was a correct ban they will stay banned but if a higher rank says it was incorrect ban i will immediately unban the player and let the higher rank question them and let them have the last decision.
Why should we hire you?: Well first of all i will be on a lot and i love to be able to help fellow players. I have plenty of experience on helping, showing players the right way to things, giving them helpful advice and helping them get the commands that they dont correctly know how to use. You will also see that i might get on more than some other staff members which im not trying to diminish anybody but its a fact that most of the time im the only person on the server at times because i get on a lot. *If someone FALSE reports a player, what would you do?(False report as meaning a fake report): Warn them not to make any other fake ones. And if it goes by me ill check it out to see if its true and ill ask for proof screenshots and so on.

If you don't know a lot of plugins, don't worry!): World edit, admin controls, all of the simple commands like /ban and the simple commands. I am also getting used to /pex and i am good with Core Protect and so on.
Additional Comments: I have a lot of past experience with moderating and being an admin. I can build things such as a shop and other things. I love to help people and do what i can to my fullest extent. I hope i get hired!
