It's obviously most popular on Windows. Why didn't you set up a poll though? And why do you link minecraft.net whenever you write 'Minecraft'?

Really? What I do is rename the SP world folder from world1 or whatever to just "world" and put it in the Minecraft_Server Folder. I may be wrong, but I think Niklink's advice is for older server software.

That's because in the server.properties file, level-name= is set to "world" as default. Your method works too because you're matching the world's folder's name with the level-name= parameter.

I understand what you mean, but it is the same in principle.

i used to play NES. and then I grew up and bought a sega, then playstation, then xbox360. Its 2011 and if you dont play games that arent on par with 360 style graphics like CoD then your just playing a novelty game. minecraft will remain a novelty until notch fixes the graphics.

    Now my face is sad.

It's a glitch, where chunks from old worlds somehow wing up in new ones.

Of course! When you run a server, a server.properties text file will be created. You just have to access it, change the level-name=XXX, where XXX is the name of the folder that contains your singleplayer world. Then you just plop the singleplayer world folder into the folder that your server is in in your computer.

I really like this, even though it's not the best temple ever by far, it clearly has an underlying architectural style that remains consistent, but still feels fresh in each part of the temple. The outside is pretty ugly though.

Is anyone a big fan of Glalie like me? This was my first attempt at pixel art, took 4 hours last night.

Come on, show Glalie some love, just epicness all around. For the record I didn't use a planner, just looked and built it layer by layer which is why there's a odd blocks in there. His horn almost reaches height limit btw.

I used to think that Glalie was one of the most unoriginal Pokemon ever. Then I saw Cryogonal.
