No, not at all. I was mostly just curious. It's certainly not a necessity, though it'd be a nice little side thing if you ever cared to implement it. Maybe count this as a suggestion?

It should go in public void load()
I placed it with all of my texture override definitions so that I would remember what it was for.
If it doesn't fix it directly, I can at least guarantee it's one of the required additions -- look at the bottom of Block.java in static{} for more examples of it -

There are 2 versions, Fast and Fancy versions. The Fast version has non transparent leaves. Fancy has the transparent leaves.

That does sound like a good idea...
If I remember after 1.3 update, I'll implement it.
Looks like a block ID issue.
The easiest fix would be to set crystalGroundcover to "false" in the cfg file.
If you want the ground cover, I'd suggest asking the person who ported the mod... or you could post an error log.

Testing is going well for the update.
I need to create a block, some food items, fix bugs, and alter generation to work within extraBiomes' biomes.
I'm guessing the update will be done in a week or less if my schedule remains the same.

BTW, does anyone know how to create a world converter?
-I have an update in mind that will have a side-affect on player worlds -- previously placed logs turning into different log types.
For example all vanilla logs that have been placed previously would turn into jungle logs.
I want to create a world converter to prevent this issue when the time comes. --Notable contributions will be added to the OP.
Also, I know many of you have made requests for certain items and/or features to be added which I have agreed with, yet cannot possibly keep up with atm. Have patience and thank you for sticking around.
--In case I haven't made it known, the crop update will come in the form of a separate mod that will be an optional add-on to the main portion of the mod. This is to prevent too much blockID congestion from limiting the options of additional mods. Those people seeking to avoid the congestion can simply opt-out of adding that mod which, btw, will add about 5 blockIDs.
Screenshots and crafting recipes are far behind, so I will be working on that as well.
EDIT: I've been forgetting to add the link to the latest bukkit port lately, but I just added it to the OP.

Biome bug is fixed, and I added some items.
If you get an unknown character crash, delete the lumberjack option in the configuration file that has the symbols "--" in it.
This was from the last update, and a mistake on my part.
NOTE: This is NOT the main content update....
