My name is Nick, I am a plugin manager, web developer, and advertiser. Most recently I have been doing some freelance work to earn some money. I've had a goal in line for a short time now. I want to use my skills and create possibly the biggest project I have ever done. I will explain further..
What will your server/community be?
Firstly, this will be the biggest project I have ever worked on. It is going to be HUGE. It will start with a network for Minecraft and eventually span on onto Garry's Mod. My plan is to bring on a playerbase of people who want to keep playing. That is the all-time goal. For Minecraft I would like to offer, Towny, Factions, Creative, and possibly a special Minigame? Garry's Mod is a long term goal, so I would have to get everything in line first.
Are you crazy? How is this going to work?
I am definitely not crazy, I am going to recruit the most professional people I can find to help me with my work. I do not want a single bug, or anything uncovered. This will be a top notch project and I will be hiring Graphic Designers, Web Designers, Builders, and possibly staff. Each position will be looked into VERY well. Each person will be looked into, including bans and etc. I also have a small team ready to help me, as soon as we receive the funds.
Why are you telling us? What do you need?
Ah yes, lets get right into it. I need funding and people who are willing to donate and/or volunteer to start out. I have low funding at the moment, thats why I would like to get things started.
Anyone who donates or supports the project will receive a special rank called Backer. Backer's will have many special perks that are not obtainable by donating.

I can do web development, I have had much experience in the past. As far as advertising goes, please refer to my post here. All the information you need is there including my contact information.
Experience as Dev (elaborate): I have been staff on many server along with owning quite a few of my own. I also worked for a server hosting company for some time. I have lots on experience with: Multicraft, FTP, Enjin, Server Management, Plugins.
Why you want to be Dev: I need something to pass the time, this seems like a great opportunity to showcase my skills and work with some new people.
Are you staff on any other servers: No.
Don't need specific but are you under 18: Yes, currently 16.
