Put in a far superior CPU, a slightly cheaper motherboard, a case that doesn't make me cringe, an enterprise hard drive, and a less overkill PSU and saved approximately $60. The enterprise drive allows you to avoid RAID and therefore save money while also getting more capacity. That drive WILL NOT fail for at least 5 years and probably more. It's built for constant use and should be great for your server.
This is a much better build than the one posted above. But don't bank on the harddrive never failing, in your case raid is overkill, but still make occasional offsite backups.
It's also important that you tell us your upload speed, that's going to be the limiting factor.
You can use www.speedtest.net to check it.
