Well you can do it by editing CMMS or a similar script.
Multiple levels are already included to the minecraft server but actually they are not used

Some better Translations @ German Translation:

Render Distance (View Distance) = Sichtweite
Growing = Wachsen ( "Anbauen" could be better if you mean to plant plants into the ground)
Errors:
Failed to load options (settings) = Die Optionen konnten nicht geladen werden. 
Failed to save options (settings) = Die Optionen konnten nicht gespeichert werden. 
The working directory could not be created = Die Arbeitsdatei konnte nicht angelegt werden.
