The point of this thread was to inform us of the change that has yet to come.
That's why it's in NEWS and not DISCUSSION.
The point of the comments section was to ask questions that we have about the new EULA, not complain and argue about it. If you don't believe me, go read the 1st post again. It's down near the end.
If you have stated your opinion and have nothing left to say, then that's that, but don't try to convince the community that they shouldn't talk about something that concerns them.

I think, this is just offhand.

Didn't work either.
It doesn't appear to be a Forge issue, I took out the colored lights core and the world worked fine. Maybe I got a bad download of the jar?

I tried both.
I'll try updating Forge then.
Edit: Didn't work.
Double edit: Mobs are invisible too:

Pretty sure it supports 2.0, but I'll keep looking to make sure.
Here's the Pastebin:

Every block has the exact same texture, it glows slightly, but no additional light of any color can be created.
This is a redstone torch.
Setting time to day didn't work.
Note: These are all set to max brightness.
Drivers issue or did I not install it correctly?

I would have had more, but you can blame the zombies, pigmen, and, oh god, the wither skeletons and cave spiders for that one.

Only when you shift+click, though. You can still deposit emeralds.
Edit: You can't shift+click on any shop. Normal click still works.
Also edit: This bug is now fixed

So?

Yellow backround with image buttons.
And only some of them have other jobs.
Why is this even an argument? I guess just because I don't like being called ignorant; Mojang has a web team, it's just their choice of how to decorate their site. I mean, look at the Realms site, pretty GUI, that just means they designed it that way.

Daniel Frisk, Leonard 'xlson' Axelsson, Kristoffer Jelbring, Martin Odhelius, Amir Moulavi, Tomas Sommar, Pär Axelsson, and David Marby are all web developers. Nice try about "in real life", though.
Besides, the website is a website. It's a poster for the game. In that respect, it's not necessarily bad.

They were going to revamp the website sometime in the future. They just want to polish it up, like they're doing with the launcher.

I really like that archipelago in the bay. What's the scale of these things, are they generally close together?

I just know it's possible.

Vanilla speaking: No, it wouldn't be true random, but using lots of redstone you could theoretically teleport a person anywhere upon entering a portal. It would probably lag a bit, though, due to the clocks. /spreadplayers might work, but I'm not sure how well for every new player that enters the server.
Plugin-wise: Yes. Servers can do this now, it would just be a matter of randomizing the coordinates.

Well, I'm still timing out when trying to download the terrain. Trying desperately, but keep failing.
I mean, I've actually perfected my quest in the meantime. I made it function 100% vanilla for crying out loud (poster key included).
I just feel kind of...bored without the server...
