I was going to pop into the server and say "Hi" to everyone, but now I see it is down for revamp. Looking forward to seeing what happens. Maybe it'll bring me back around for a bit.

I would like to report shartsinpants for doing his job inncorectly. It started when I started to hit sharts, after a couple of hits I had killed him. Then I ran back to C bank with a regular diamond sword in my hand that was visible. Sharts then asks for the sword so I go to the bank to get it back....-snip-

That's all I needed to read. If you opened your bank after he asked for a sword, you get jailed. He may have given a different reason (which may have also been true), but you did deserve a jail for that.

    Dat app bump.

    1) Username: NegaPho

    2) Your age: 26

    3) How long have you been playing the server? (Minimum of 3 days): Hard to say, but I would figure at least 5-6 months counting out my absence.

    4) Have you read the Server, Prison, and Guard Rules? Yes, Noakii. I've put them to good use already.

    5) Any experience with the prison genre? Yes, I was a guard here before my hiatus.

    6) What is your time zone? Central, -5 GMT.

    7) Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs):
I'll start off by quoting my previous application, and expanding a bit from there.

I have spent much time on the server during this first month. I know many of the regulars and consider most of them friends. Though I do see many as friends, I won't bend rules to let the few do as they please. I will stand my ground and be steadfast to make sure the rules are followed. Though I am in the Central time zone, I play early hours. I've noticed a shortage of guards around this time, and I would like to help fill this gap.
I also believe my age has brought me experience, so I can show wise decisions during duty. I believe my actions in game have shown that I am a trustworthy companion and I stick true to it. I have helped many people and wish to continue this as a guard. I wish to see the server continue on and want to take part in keeping it fun and interesting.

    Short essay for application:

Many have sought to become a guard, and many have been overlooked. The process of which roots out those who would be unfit and those who would seek to break rules and cause grief. One must prove their mettle, both of mind and skills, before being accepted. In the following paragraphs, you will find my attributes and understand why I am the best choice for guard.
One of the most important aspects of any person, at least in my eyes, is honesty. In my relatively short time on the server, I have shown I am capable of trust through my honesty. My trades have been fair and just, each party ending happy. As regulars know, trading plots and enchanted gear can be risky due to the scammers in our midst. Out of the 4 plots I've been involved with trading, and out of all of my sales and enchanting services, everything went smoothly. Not one account of scam has been accused of me.
Honesty leads me to my next point, resiliency. An unresilient guard would easily faulter under the trolling and hate some players bring. Let's face it, some people break rules and will kick and scream when they are caught and reprimanded. A guard needs to stand firm in their stance to punish these players fairly, not to give in or harbor hate and vengeance. I understand this all too well. I was a manager on my last job. Catching a subordinate, of which you consider a friend, slacking off or breaking policy takes strength to handle, much more fairly. Through this knowledge, I hope you see that I understand this resiliency and I pledge to show this through being a guard.
Lastly, but definitely not least, a guard needs to be wise. Not every situation will be the same. Knowing the rules is but part of wisdom, knowing how and when to apply them, and being open to learn more, is the majority. During my time on the server, I have seen most rules put to use. I've seen how and when situations are handled and I know I can handle them just as well. I understand the place of trainees, of guards, and of alphas, and I understand the purpose of each. No doubt, it will still be a learning experience, but it would be one I welcome.
I hope this short essay has given you some insight to my character. I stand by my statements of being honest, resilient, and wise. I assure you, placing me into guard would be no mistake. Thank you for your time and reading my application. If you feel I am what you need in the guard, please contact me at anytime.

If you take what I said before, and review my time as a guard, you'll see that I did stand true to my word. Sure, I wasn't perfect (who is?), but I made amends to players I inadvertently harmed. I judged and acted fairly and honestly. I like to believe that many of the players would agree with me there. I proved my fighting ability time and time again. Even in the face of aimbot accusations, I fought on and proved myself. I made many friends, many of which I'm sad to see have left while I was away.

I posted my resignation in light of a new job. Now that my schedule has normalized, I have free time to spend hanging around again. I won't be as active as I was, but I will be a regular face again. I'll be playing mostly earlier hours, around 8-12am. I hope my previous experience as a guard left an impact strong enough to bring me back around. If you need a fair player back in the ranks, I would be happy to guard again.

    8) Do you understand that nagging Wardens in-game to read your app will result in immediate decline? Yes, I know how things work around here.

    9) What is your current prison rank? Do you understand that we will require a screenshot of this when/if you retire from guard? Yes, I'm a Free rank.

For the past two months or so, I've been mentioning about getting a new job. Well, 3 weeks ago, I got a job offer. As some of you may have noticed, I've been a little inactive the past week. I spent my time passing physicals, drug screenings, and pre-employment tests. After passing everything, I started yesterday. I'm now a Pharmacy Technician for a nice company, compounding Schedule II drugs.

Why am I posting this you wonder?

I'll be extremely inactive from now on. My schedule will be hectic for the next couple of months due to training and such, and afterwards, I'm not yet sure exactly what my hours will be. So due to this, I've retired from guard. I gave most of my money and valuables to a friend, and a few things to other people.

I retired because, while I love guarding, I won't be able to commit to it. When I do get time to drop in, I want to be able to be a little more social without having to worry about the responsibilities of guarding.

I wish you guys well and good luck in any endeavour you make while I'm out. I'm sure I'll be back again once my time becomes more balanced and stable.

Hope to see you guys again soon. I'll miss my time here with you all.

The one in the middle says "Alpha Guard Selection Period" or something like that. There are a lot more signs up now with the information about the process that will take place.

The ones on the bottom just say AlphaGuard family

Regarding question 7, increase it's length! Also it must include the word Noakii (He is a warden).

Don't tell em that, just tell them to read the rules :P

All true, i'm not going to lie about "duping", but no one else should be banned, just me. And it wasn't using any form of hack to dupe. How I found this gm 1 sign is a warp I found under the prison, You're able (or were able) to get under the prison from free. Under the prison was a sign with a warp [armada]. Me being me, I clicked it and it took me to aevil's little playground where he got gm1 to build whatever he wants. There i saw a gm1 sign and clicked it. Even better was the fact that there was a chest keeper..... So anyways, I was able to give myself what I needed, and no I didnt use item frames? So, anyway I was able to make copies of things and store them in the virtual. No one else, not even my alts. Look, I'm not asking for an unban, just an unban for my friends who were falsely accused of duping. Not too sure why my alts were banned, but even as that may be, I'm sorry for abusing said sign. Could've been my jealousy of aevil or just my greed got to me? Don't really know, but what I do know is no one else should go down with me. I only hope no one found the gm1 sign before me. I'm sorry to viper mostly, for betraying him, and only hope things will get better from here. Everyone on here deserves an apology, and sorry it had to be this way. Seeing as all my accounts are banned, I can't really go on to talk, but if anyone wants to ask me anything, ill be more than happy to talk on here,

    ~Zak

Damn, hate to see you guys go, but fair is fair.

Had fun PvPing you Nigz. I knew I would always lose, but knew I would always have a good fight.
