In this particular case, I have all the parts to put together an excavator, all iron, but the excavator doesn't show up in the crafted spot to finish the tool. I've tried naming it. I've tried using different, obsidian parts. This isn't something that should be restricted by Iguana Tweaks that I know of. I've had this problem with other, specific tools before, as I mentioned. I remember on a previous mudpack, the thaumcraft enchanted bowstring wasn't working and wouldn't let me finish crafting a bow with it. I had to use string. Is the a known problem? Is there a fix? Do I have something messed up in the configs?

    Shouldn't be. Most likely not. Slight possibility. Only way to find out is to try it.

    Can you approach danger about Tconstruct having special compatibility with orespawn?


    You can ask the Extra Tinkers' addon dev if he can do that.

    I've been trying to figure this out for a few days now, and since I'm new to modpack creating I'm confused at this error.


    What's happening is Extra Utilities requires Tinkers' Construct v1.8.5 because it adds new tool parts. So if you want the Tinkers' 1.6.0 version specifically, then downgrade Extra Utilities to a lower version. Otherwise, update Tinkers'.

    Ummm... it seems to up the amount of oreberry bushes spawning?


    I believe that means the Sea Level that is classified for Tinkers' and Tinkers' only. Like, it changes what heights things can spawn at or something.

    I don't think Ore Berry bushes are that rare in the first place anyway :P


    And may I ask why you would like to change the sea level height?

    Have you tried installing Tinkers' manually? It might fix your problem, but I don't really know. It's the only thing I could think up.


    It looks like you have a problem with the knapsack tab, so that might mean that you have too many mods that add tabs in the inventory? Idk.

    Little background:



    I had some error with TConstruct when trying to use 1.8.5 with an older version of forge, so I updated Forge. Now i'm getting this weird error. I had the same issue with the Server but it seems to magically fix itself but now I'm having the same issue with the client.


    But now if I try to roll back to the older version of Forge with TC 1.8.3b, I get an error that ExtraUtilities requires TC 1.8.5......even though I've had Extra Utilities in there working perfectly fine before I tried to add TC....


    I'd suggest installing Cofh Core.

    I think you might need to install Cofh Core. RCXcrafter had a similar crash report, and it was resolved by installing Cofh Core. Either do that or what The_Last_Dovahkiin said. If both of the suggestions don't work, then maybe try downgrading the version of Extra Utils.

    I think I remember that the flux modifier is really buggy or something. It's possible that it is just Tinkers' problem. I'd advise you to not use the flux modification further if my sources are true :\

    I'm pretty sure you can still make Cutlasses. Just make a full guard part and replace it in the place of any normal guard in the Tool Station. Unless you can't make it anymore and I'm just too lazy to test it :I

    That's not a very nice thing to point out. Maybe RWTema accidentally broke something in the latest version or he fixed it and updated it.
