the reason i was fired was because the owner said it was my fault that the plugin i was working on didnt work as he only gave me 3 days to make a plugin that decides if a player is a retard.
The most Complicated thing i created would have to be a fixing up a bukkit dev and stablizing it for my server.

@ja Why Are You the Best Choice For Guard: I have been on all sorts of servers, I've learned their atmosphere, players, layout and all. Those servers also taught me some PvP skills that I didn't know even when I was guard the first time on this server.(By the way I was guard on the server before it shutdown, but luckily it's being revived ((Alleluia)) ) I've learned that if you dont try your hardest and don't have the knowledge and skill at PvPing, invading, and all sorts of stuff, you wont be able to take out the high powers, mabie some people joking around trying to kill you with no armor or armor and no sword. That is definently one thing I know. When i became guard, KnuckleSammich and his gang became top PvPers on the server, and were even able to overthrow the guards whenever they wanted too. Even though I doubt he knows about lockedup coming back, we need people to be trained and prepared for a time when that comes. I could spread some of my new found knowledge to the other guards, that don't know what i know. Well the higher guards might know some good tactics but I could always train the noobies of guardum. I have changed alot. I am more calm and understand that it isn't the end of the world when you get beat a couple times, I once again know more PvP tactics than I did before, I know more ways that i could help the new guards and the defenceless prisoners, and overall I feel that could help even more than i could when i was guard before. Now i understand that i needed to know more than what i knew before, and now i know it. I hope that I can be all that i can while guarding.
