The problem is with OpenBlocks. Maybe the jar is corrupted, try re-downloading it.

Oh, hmmmm. This is a very interesting issue. If you are to hold an axe in your hand will it say that the tool is correct?

That is also an issue with Waila Harvestability add-on. Luckily, he said something about it.

Nothing I can really do except add a special case, which I generally try to avoid doing. The chisel mod does set the effective tool of stone to "chisel," so the information is technically correct.

I'm not really sure what to do about that.

Wow, I didn't know that chisel has a functionality like that. So, this means that it didn't work (on the side of Chisel mod)?

A special case seems okay because it just looks awkward. Also, if chisels are used on stone (breaking it), it just shows a fast loop of break animation and doesn't break the stone.

Is it intentional that the effective tool for stone is chisel while cobblestone's effective tool is pickaxe..?

EDIT: I have Chisel mod and Tinker's Construct installed which IIRC have chisels...

Quote from Mumfrey »Ok as a follow up to the Tinkers Construct issue, since the mod is open source I was able to ascertain the cause of the issue, there is actually a bug in their transformer and it's so minor that it would make your brain hurt.

The code in question is here.

    The code reads
SigChecker sc = new SigChecker(1, this); it should read
SigChecker sc = new SigChecker(Opcodes.ASM4, this); The first parameter for a SignatureVisitor should be the API version, the mod transformer is passing "1" which is not a valid value. Basically ASM4 ignores the invalid value but ASM5 validates the version which is why it's crashing.

Here's a proposed fix by Mumfrey so that LiteLoader and TiCo jive together again. :)

The first is the vibrating effect from the vanishing blocks that Jbeuh77 mentioned above me. Not sure if it was intentional or not to have a visual distinction from normal blocks, but it would be nice to have the option to turn it off if it was intentional. Also for some reason, when the vanishing block vibrates it let's you pass through it as though it had been switched off while the animation plays, which I assume shouldn't happen.
I would like this, too. Or even better, for example, if you have dirt vanishing frames, the more dirt surrounding the frames, the less (or no) vibration will occur, like so:

    D D D D D D
    D D D D D D #D - Dirt
    D D X X D D #X - Dirt-covered Vanishing Frames
    D D X X D D
