I don't know about the console version, but in the PC version as long as you move the mobs out of the vicinity of the spawner it will keep spawning mobs. Generally the fastest way to do that is to just have them drop down 4-5 blocks below the spawner then move them to the collection/kill point. Obviously with a 3 spawner setup you need to be standing within 16 blocks of all 3 for them to be active at the same time. This means as long as you can do that but be outside the 9x9x9 cube around the spawner so that they won't shut off one of the spawners, then you can move the mobs over to where you stand to kill them while still keep the spawners active.
One issue you may run into on the console is they may have also done something with monster spawners to keep players from circumventing the mob cap limit, but if so I don't know about it.

This survival server will be 1 year old in October. The server is completely 100% survival and trophies are still active. Spawn is considered The Village of David because the server was founded off of a seed suggested by a close friend that has passed away. A total of 40 players have been on the server since the beginning. The server has 4 to 6 open spots currently due to a lack of players participating. We are looking for MATURE/EXPERIENCED players. Age is not really a factor, but if you are not almost 18 your experience must make up for it. We look for creativity, craftsmanship, and willingness to participate with our community.
Features of the Server
Most structures surround spawn and players have expanded out within 1 map surrounding map #0. 2 mesas are located within 200 blocks of spawn. The end is about 500 blocks away from spawn and is marked off by an unfinished mayan temple. The server has mostly any community farms you can think of besides a cow farm and enderman farm. The cow farm is very unreliable due to many players spawning too many animals at a time. It is easiest to take a looting sword on the outskirts of spawn and kill animals. We reset the end alot in order to get more xp from the dragon and loot from the end city. It is very easy to collect enough ender pearls yourself so don't question our decision! We have a nether hub that connects to main features and players bases if permitted. There is also a railway that was under construction, but we may just use the nether hub because it is much faster. There is a second village established called "Cornerland." It is in the far right corner of the map, hence the name. So far 0 players have made a home around this location.
Also, we have started doing raffles where your name will be put in a hat for every stack of regular wood (Not planks) or every 4 stacks of either sand or gravel. Raffle end days will be announced and a live stream will be made during the raffle. Raffle items range from maxed out diamond armour to random supplies or materials.

Do not ask players for items. This is a community based server. There are community farms for you to use. Anything else must be traded for unless a player gives you a gift. You get a care package with an elytra and other items if you stay on the server for a few days.
DO NOT TRAVEL TO THE WORLDS EDGE. Please stay within 1000 blocks in ALL directions. We plan to keep area outside of 1000 blocks for future updates. Yes we are aware that Mojang said there may not be more updates, but we are planning for it. Only specific locations are outside of 1000 blocks and you need certification to do so! Please respect this rule or you will be banned (like others that were a threat to the server). We have a group chat for the server and we encourage everyone to stay in the chat for the latest server news, updates, and issues. If spamming of the chat becomes too much you may mute notifications, but are still expected to be with all of us in case we need to contact you. If you need to ask a player a question it is best to contact them directly rather than asking in the group chat if it only invlovles 1 player. If you do not participate with our community at all (Basically Playing on Your Own) then there is a chance of being kicked off the server. We like to communicate with everyone. That doesn't mean we have to always talk (or on mic at all), but this is a community based server. Please respect all players ideas, opinions, all current builds, and other people's chests. If it's not yours, don't touch it! There is a memorial for a player that passed away that definitely should not be tampered with. Many players have areas layed out around spawn where current and future projects are taking place. Make sure you ask myself MusicMan234 before taking a claim. Players usually have signs on posts indicating claimed area. First come first serve. This also means to not build paths to spawn without permission due to already claimed area. Recently we have had to reset our nether hub and we are not allowing people to dig in the nether unless permitted in a certain area (For Spawner Reasons.) If you would like a portal at your base, one of our players will sync one up to the nether for you. Please do not make your own! Lastly, we like to make things look as nice as possible.
