Lockdown Prison is closed.

Thank you for everyone who has provided us support over the past 2 1/2 years. We have closed independently and merged with a network that MsVerita will be running along with two other people. Please note that the domain LockdownPrison.com will be forwarded to the network upon launch. All donors will be compensated with various levels of "VIP" ranks on the network to show your lasting support for us.

I thank you all for sticking around with me through everything and I hope to see you on join us for round 2.

Well, I guess the time has come for me to make the announcement. I've been sitting here watching everything you guys have to say and before I go on I'd like to say how much I love each and every one of you that I have had the chance to know over the past 2 1/2 years. I never thought that Lockdown would be special to so many people including myself. We grew from this little nothing server to something that affected so many people and allowed me to get to know an amazing group of people that I wouldn't have had to chance to otherwise. I wouldn't take anything over what I've experienced with you guys. The support all of you have shown to the server and myself is unmeasurable. I've had the opportunity to share some of the best times of my life with all of you.

Now, let's get on to what I've been putting off for the past few weeks. Lockdown will be closing. Not in the way most of you are thinking though. Lately there has been talk between me and a few other people and we've decided to merge lockdown into an upcoming network. So, basically the server that most of you know will be closing but Jookes, the staff, admins, and myself will be joining with another team to open a full network. The network will be opening in December. It will have a prison server as well. (Of course). We will not be using the map Lockdown currently uses, and no you can not have a copy of the map. Items/Money/Ranks will not be transferring. However, all previous Lockdown donators will have a donation rank on the network if you choose to join. You're more than welcome to keep track of the opening date here: https://www.nyxcraft.net/

In a few days/weeks this forum will be locked and staff/admin Skype chats will be shut down. I'm more than willing to keep a skype chat available if you would like to join. Just private message me and let me know if you're interested. The teamspeak will remain online. I have no reason or want to close it as of now. Once the network opens, the lockdownprison.com IP address will be forwarded to the network instead of the original server.

Every good thing has to come to an end sometime. Although, this really isn't an ending for us. It's the start of something else and I truly hope that all of you will come with us for the next step. I care about you guys more than you'll ever know. If you'd like my Skype/Steam whatever just private message me and I'll provide it to you. If you have any specific questions about the upcoming changes feel free to ask and I'll do my best to answer them.

We are currently starting work on the forums we had. They will be reopening, probably sometime next month. Just giving you guys a heads up.

All "ubers" have been transferred. It was the biggest and most time consuming so we tackled it first.

*ALL premium packs will be completed by July 29th. Exceptions include pets and silk spawners. It'll be done as soon as we can. Promise.

Custom prefixes, suffixes, and colored name are fully completed and functional. You can set them 100% by yourself in game. Commands will be listed below. There is a character limit (of course). You have the option of all color codes limited to 2 max per perk, excluding colored name. Meaning, your prefix can have 2 colors and your suffix can have 2 colors. We will be looking to implement nicknames and possible 2 color names in the future. Also, no offensive settings. We will remove it and you will lose access to change it. No exceptions.

I would like to just thank all the Chat Mods, Guards, Wardens, SrWardens and obviously the wonderful owner MsVerita for the new Lockdown Prison, but in ten days i will be taking a short vacation out of the province. I will be active until July 18th then i will be unactive from july 19th to july 28th see you after my vacation

I'm excited that there are so many people but i'm going to miss all the memories that I had in the old prison #NeverForget

Hey LDP buddies! On Friday, i am going to Europe for a week for spring break. I wont be able to get on LDP because i cant bring my laptop with me and guards are not allowed on minechat. I will try to get my hours in this week but we have a lot of tests in school plus homework and that stuff. I will be back in a week though and i will be guarding LDP
