    Now that 1.8 is coming out with all kinds of aesthetic stuff like the new doors and banners and stands and such, I thought maybe the mobs could have some of it happening too.

    So I thought about some of the mobs and such, and I had a cool idea: what if the different slime parts moved separately? The two eyes would move, same with the mouth and core. They would be affected by movement and damage: if a slime jumps of a high ledge the parts will move upwards in the body to show the velocity of the fall, and they would bounce around once it lands. If a slime gets hit somewhere, the 'organs' would move away from that place. Another small thing is the slime could emit some particles when it is hit or lands from a bounce, like some bits of slime are coming off.

    The movement shouldn't happen on Fast graphics, and the particles should be reduced or removed depending on the particles options or graphics option. This really shouldn't be a priority in development, just as a small graphical change. Just a small suggestion, bye.

    I agree, the Ender Dragon should be made a bit harder. Make some endermen attack you, give him Ender Acid and give the towers bars around some of the crystals, just like the Xbox version.

    Sure, it's a golden apple, but that's a single apple use. If you were to either fight him after he has used it on someone else or run away and fight him once it wears off. It's only able to be used for one fight per apple, that's 8 gold blocks per fight, and unless you are some nomad ocean explorer you won't be finding enough temples to get those apples.

    Also, UHC should not come into balancing. It's a user created mode, they should adapt to how the game works.

    Hopefully I'll get more than 7 FPS with SEUS and this. If it's more than about 25 then I will be seriously impressed.

    EDIT: Nope. It's about 3 FPS.

    EDIT: It's not apparently working. Without any shaders it's about 25 FPS.

    Hm, this mod doesn't work at all on my system. No matter what I hold, none of my body shows, not even the hand. It works fine when I press F6 to use the normal disembodied hand.

    Yeah, I just installed the thing and without optifine it's wonderful but still, it runs at about 7 FPS on my laptop. Guess I won't be using this until a optifine-compatible version is released.

    You didn't really make that very clear, and if they do explode, instead of the regular explosion sound it should be a lot of loud, low notes being played at nearly the same time.

    I noticed that with this mod the character leans forward when looking down, like he does when sneaking, and it's awesome how you added a proper eating animation. I noticed that you posted in the GLSL shaders thread that it doesn't work, I'll see if that is the same on my system.

    If you have a nether wart farm and a sugercane farm, just use speed potions to walk around.



    And PVP, so you don't get chased endlessly, murdered in 2 seconds, knocked into lava and such.

    @OP: Haven't played since this last patch, but now I'm interest. Overall, zombies have needed a crazy buff and this may be the buff they need. Play with it a bit, in a worst case, this may make players think twice before attacking zombies needlessly.

    I don't even need to attack the zombies for about 20 to start coming over the hills and rivers, I don't get the choice. And that's in EASY.

    The vannilla Minecraft bow is held quite unrealistically, I own a bow myself and trust me, holding the bow in my right hand and pulling back the string with my left is difficult.

    I'm installing this due to the awesomeness now.

    Thanks, I feel stupid for not thinking about that. Until the bug is fixed I'm going to stick to running around to fill my map.


    Also, I found 2 other bugs. When an item is enchanted or uses the enchanted glow (Notch apple and enchanted book) the overlay shows up on the entire slot and not just the actual tool.

    I'm not sure if it's a bug but I cannot place my tooltip in an area sometimes, presumeably due to alignment. Could you add an option to turn off aligning if it's not a bug?
