The title says it all, I don't really understand why emeralds are introduced when people use coins not gems to buy things, so why not just make it so gold has another use besides shoddy equipment and making clocks? Why not use gold instead of emeralds to trade with villagers?
Well the title says it all really, I would like putting mods on minecraft to be just as easy as putting in texture packs. drag the mod file(s) into a folder named MODS and then just select it in the start menu, when your sick of the mod just deselect it. Personally I'd find this helpful because dragging it into the .jar means you'd have to make a backup of the .jar and have to delete the meta inf or get a modloader and all this other crap, getting rid of the mod by finding your backup and replacing the .jar file in mincraft with the backup. It's just a way I personally think would be easier.
don't you just hate it when your little island you spawn on has nothing but trees?
You decide to set sail and find a new island, however the trip takes longer than you expected and your left on your little boat out at see with nothing to do.
Well this has happened to me at least and being at sea is terrible boring, i find myself wish there was something to do. An idea popped into my head: what if there were sunken boats under sea that spawned? what if i could loot those sunken boats. and then I thought: hmmm hostile mobs are only on land... what if there was a kracken that spawned that was as rare as a spider jokey. a giant hostile squid!
To be honest the kracken is a little silly but i just want something to be out at sea to make it that little bit more interesting
